All BLs I’ve Watched

This story was incredible! It had some really heavy trigger warnings and the treatment of those subjects wasn't perfect, but the love story between Haoren and Chihiro was so pure and innocent in the face of such tragic lives. The plot itself didn't super make sense at times.

This special episode was better than the entire series, mostly because it focused entirely on the fans' favorite couple (Puth and Kaeng). 

This show had a very creative solution to creating a show during the height of a pandemic. While the camera quality was much better than most Zoom-based shows, the jealousy-based conflicts were very repetitive and I often skipped through parts. The main characters, while hard to like at first, ended up being very cute, and Pearl was a queen throughout the entire show. Overall, did a great job with the limitations it had to battle.

This show is basically just a repeat of 2 Moons with added plot after four episodes. The only reason I rate it higher is because the MingKit casting in this series is much cuter and has better chemistry (but only slightly because I still appreciate the first season's MingKit chemistry). The main couple was pretty boring, but Forth and Beam actually had relevance and that made up for it.

While this show is inherently terribly. I appreciate that it leans into that and embraces its bad humor. Rather than trying to be a serious romance, it makes fun of common tropes present in BL shows during this time and completely upends them. I also enjoy that the plot is entirely nonsense and incomprehensible.

This is the Shakespeare of the BL community. The original, the genesis, and the bare minimum. What this series lacks in romance, however, it makes up in plot. This series is genuinely interesting, especially for a person who has no understanding of Thai culture previously. The hazing ritual depicted throughout the show is crazy and intriguing. For a first time BL watcher, I would recommend this show with the disclaimer that, in the years since, there are many better shows that have come out.

This show's very good for beginner BL watchers, as it introduces a lot of classic tropes such as the iconic pink milk, a reveal that the tough, masculine love interest had actually already liked the main character, and singing your feelings. Other than that, this series is relatively mediocre. The only reason to watch it is for MingKit honestly.

This was a very cute special, and a great way to reignite the BL community's love of WinTeam's relationship. While the acting in this special wasn't exactly top tear, it was nice to see them again. That being said, it definitely seemed like it was quickly filmed with no real love or passion for the project. Hopefully the actual show will be better filmed and acted.

While it was nice to see how SaifahZon's story was supposed to play out in Why R U? the series, this story was extremely confusing to follow (primarily the part where Saifah "forgot" about his relationship with Zon but was actually just faking it) and the acting was subpar.

This special  had a similar level of silliness from the original series, but without all of the supporting cast that made the show unique. Most of the scenes seemed like they were intentionally teasing the audience, and then never really delivered what they were implying. This special could've been much better, but was still a fun watch.

This season was so much more boring than the first season. They went with the obvious choice of causing distance between Kongpob and Arthit to further the story, but it just meant boring work scenes and relationship troubles. The side couple was cute but couldn't fully carry the show. However, this show is a classic for the BL community so I give it some liberties.

It was very sweet to see TharnType get married, even if gay marriage is technically not legal in Thailand yet. However, this episode was relatively boring and relied too heavily on flashback scenes from previous seasons.

This show was just sort of boring. The plot idea was interesting, but the cast being basically only three people make this show hard to enjoy. The relationship was also not super believable.

This show deeply frustrated me. There was so much miscommunication between the main couple, and I honestly couldn't see any chemistry between them. The high school student was really pissing me off for trying to break up Pete and Kao. The only reason this rating isn't 1 is because of the side couple MorkSun. They were the only redeeming part of the show mostly due to their humor and cuteness together.

This show just didn't really make sense to me. The class 10 minute episodes for a Korean BL definitely did not help how confusing the plot was. The lack of chemistry between the main characters also did not help. The jokes didn't quite land all of the time either.

I think the shortness of this series was its downfall. It was predictable in it's loving established relationship to misunderstanding trope to tearful apologies and resolution. 

While all of the couples in this show are very cute in the shows they are known from, this series of one-shots either felt to disjointed or boring to be entertaining. The show's inability to fully flesh out any of these short stories did not help their case.

For having seven relationships in this show, only two are watchable. Since a new couple is the main characters every two episodes, just skip to episodes 3-4 and 9-10. If you're a supporter/stan of Perth and Talay, you could watch episodes 13-14 but get ready to be disappointed with a confusing love triangle involving a ghost, a grieving man, and some dude. The final episode is sweet only for seeing the many couples show off their significant others, but overall this show is a big waste of time.

This special episode, while being a nice way to see some familiar characters again, added nothing to their story and felt unnecessary. 

For only being clips from a full show, this relationship did not need a cut version. The show is bad enough without being confusing with the lack of plot present in the PeteKao cut.

This is quite frankly the worst Thai show I've ever watched in my life. Every relationship has extreme issues and its never really condemned. The straight couple hates each other's guts and does super manipulative things to get at each other. The "lesbian" who horribly bullies the nerdy boy who has a phobia of pools until she falls in love with him and breaks up with girl she's with. The main gay couple are dysfunctional and one attempts to rape the other at one point. Finally, the swim coach is dating his son's friend who is way too young to be appropriate. If I could destroy one show from existing in the world it would be this show.
