9 Thai BL dramas that I personally recommend

One of the most memorable sultry BL drama that I ever watched. Really well acted by the entire cast. Unforgettable and explosive chemistry between the main leads. Most of the side characters are very likeable. Thoroughly enjoyed the comedic side of this drama, but also the way it can transition from this to a more serious side is simply immaculate. Liked how this drama is dark but without romanticizing the darkness. This drama is a whole package!

This series is a real treat for people who loves BL manhuas/mangas. Extremely well acted and artistically directed. Set in the present day Thai entertainment industry, where two talented actors, with a bit of playful rivalry, happened to fall in love and navigates the tough world of entertainment industry together. The chemistry between the main leads is one of the most powerful and memorable one I have ever seen on screen. 

A passionate romance embarked between two young men, when one from present time unexpectedly time travels to 1920s. Times when romance between two people of the same sex was largely considered a taboo. Extremely well acted by the entire cast. Tastefully paired with a well thought out musical score that suited every scenes. Also, loved the strong women side characters.

Have to be an unique plot for a BL drama. Not even one boring episode! Sweet chemistry between the couple.

A very well  directed drama with strong social commentary which is rare. Not exactly a romance drama, but the romance is also good. (I gave it a full star because of the plot, not romance)

Very sexy! Very romantic! Awesome chemistry between the main leads. Easily watchable kind of comfort drama.

Messy but still a highly entertaining drama, but I personally think I would have dropped this if it wasn't for SandRay's storyline saving it every episodes. Their connection felt organic, not forced. 

This one is a perfect blend of horror, thriller and romance genre. Gripping storytelling and well constructed characters. It makes you want to explore the back stories even more until everything falls into place. Although it has some plot holes but is still engaging enough. Not one boring episode.Loved tuning into this while it was airing every Saturday. 

Not the best one here, but I put this here because I enjoyed the dynamics between Phayu and Rain, who are of totally opposite personalities. The naive, hard-working and innocent Rain is endearing to watch. At the same time, I acknowledge the manipulative aspect of their relationship, which Rain is literally blind to. Second, the other couple storyline was also fun to watch but found it a little too superficial.
