I initially fell in love with her as a singer-songwriter—her voice had this raw sincerity that instantly drew me in. As I followed her journey into acting, from Dream High to Hotel Del Luna, I was genuinely impressed by how much she grew with each role. You can really see her dedication and evolution as an actress. There’s something so captivating about her screen presence—she's charming, graceful, and knows how to pull you into the emotions of her character. I truly believe her musical background plays a big part in her ability to convey such deep, heartfelt emotions in her performances. It gives her this emotional depth and rhythm that feels natural and moving. And even now, she keeps growing, surprising us with every new role she takes on. Watching her career unfold has been nothing short of inspiring.

I wasn’t really following her career closely at first. I had seen her in some dramas where she played a villain, and while I thought she was really pretty, I didn’t pay much attention to her acting—maybe because I was too focused on the main leads at the time.
But everything changed when I watched Arthdal Chronicles. That role really introduced me to her as an actress, and that’s when I started to genuinely like her. She gave such a strong and convincing performance—it made me curious to see more of her work. After that, I watched Fight for My Way, and I was honestly surprised by how different she was. She’s incredibly versatile—you wouldn’t think she’s the same actress who once played those villainous roles.
What truly made me appreciate her talent, though, was her performance in Queen of Tears. For me, this is her best role yet. She showed such emotional depth and range—it made me see her in a whole new light. After watching that, I even went back and rewatched her as Yoo Rachel in The Heirs, and I could finally see just how good she was even back then.
I’ve loved her since, and now I’m really looking forward to her future projects. She’s truly grown into one of the most impressive actresses of her generation.
