Jun's FILM

Director Yuen Woo‑Ping organized an open audition on Xiaohongshu to search for actors with martial arts expertise. Jun was recommended by fans in the comment section, after which he attended the audition and underwent rigorous training to prepare for his role in the film. This also marks his first comeback in film industry as an adult.

Director Larry Yang personally recruited Jun to audition for this movie after seeing some of his previous works. (He is also the scriptwriter for BOTG, where he first met Jun.)

This film earned him the New Performer of the Year Silver Award at the 2007 Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild Awards and a nomination for Best New Performer at the 27th Hong Kong Film Awards.
