I could watch this over and over

this is one of the funniest romcoms i have watched given it was released back in 2016?! it revolves around the fate of a prosecutor (jcw) and a lawyer (njh) and their ill fated relationship which eventually turns into a blessing!!!!

the legal part may not be the strongest but their chemistry is fire !!!!

  • Empress Ki

    3. Empress Ki

    Korean Drama - 2013, 51 episodes

This drama consumed my soul for 51 episodes straight.

It’s grand, emotional, and honestly addictive. The story beautifully blends palace politics with romance and tragedy, keeping you hooked till the very end. Also, Ji Chang Wook? He ate this role up. His transformation from a soft, lovesick emperor to a complex ruler is so layered and compelling — you’ll go from wanting to hug him to wanting to scream at him ?

ps- If you're into strong female leads, royal drama, and intense love stories, this is a must-watch. It’s not just a historical drama — it’s an epic.

This one is for the hopeless romantics<3!

The drama is so fresh and the mockumentary style makes it standout from the vast sea of dramas! All three stories are so real and relatbale that it makes you want to watch it makes you feel heard and understood. The chemistry between the actors is sizzling and wookie looks sooooo cute and adorable

ps- he will make you cry with him, THATS HOW STRONG his acting is :)

    PEAK JI CHANG WOOK ACTING

BROOOOOO WHAT A SHOWWW ???The tension?? The betrayal?? THE FIGHTS??? I swear every episode will have clenching your fists and whispering “he better not die.” The man ACTED. Like not acted-acted — he BECAME Park Jun-mo. He gave us pain, love, fear, regret, and literal survival all in one breath. Also, the way he looked in that black leather jacket?? Someone call the police. I'm in love and possibly emotionally damaged. This show was INSANE and he carried it like a goddamn legend.

I NEED A BODYGUARD LIKE HIM!!!!!!!

This was not a drama — this was JCW’s audition to be Batman and he NAILED IT. The action scenes??? THE BODYGUARD VIBES??? That rooftop shirtless workout??? I still haven’t recovered. And don’t even get me started on how tortured and stoic he was. Like give this man a hug AND an Oscar. Was the romance a lil random? Yeah. Did I care? NO. Because Ji Chang Wook as Kim Je-ha had me FOAMING at the mouth with every single fight scene and heart-eye moment. Peak bodyguard fantasy unlocked

  • The Sound of Magic

    Annara sumannara <3

This was PURE WHIMSY. PURE ART. JCW as a mysterious magician with childlike wonder and emotional depth??? I CRIED. I LAUGHED. I WANTED TO BELIEVE IN MAGIC AGAIN ? And those vocals?? WHO TOLD HIM HE COULD SING LIKE THAT??? His eyes literally sparkled and at the same time he was serving the saddest, most haunting emotions. No one could’ve played Ri Eul better. The entire vibe was fairy-tale-meets-trauma and Wookie MADE IT WORK. I will never hear “Do You Believe in Magic?” the same way again.

Just when you think you can't love him more!

This is THEE blueprint. This is the show that made 90% of us fall for Wookie. You want action? Got it. Romance? GOT IT. Hacker-vigilante-boyfriend who jumps off rooftops and still has time to look hot in a beanie?? GOT. IT. I was GONE for his chemistry with the FL — like gone girl levels of delulu. Every time he said “Ahjumma?” into his lil earpiece my heart skipped a beat. Also can we talk about the range he served here??? From tough guy to puppy to broken child to swoony af lover. He really said “watch me do everything and do it perfectly.” UGH. Legendary behavior.

  • If You Wish Upon Me

    Emotions overflow~~

This drama BROKE ME in the softest, slowest way. JCW as Gyeo-rye??? Absolutely beautiful. He played a wounded soul who never thought he deserved love and slowly learned how to live — it was HEARTBREAKING and HEALING all at once. And the way he bonded with the hospice patients?? I cried every other episode. It was such a gentle, underrated masterpiece and he shone like the brightest star. This man really does slice-of-life as beautifully as action. Protect him at all costs ??

    BADASS JCW NEVER DISAPPOINTS :)

Okay this one?? THIS ONE WRECKED ME ? He played such a quiet, soft-spoken character but the EMOTION??? The nuance??? I was literally watching him go through pain and guilt and helplessness in just eye movements and I wanted to sob. JCW in a slice-of-life setup is something I didn’t know I needed but now I need like 15 more short films where he plays emotionally ruined men. Please and thank you. Also bonus points for giving us another hairstyle era.
