I felt sick, so I picked something to watch to help me feel better. This was everything I needed: two of my favourite actors in a drama with my favourite genres.

My god, this was an emotional rollercoaster! This was so GOOD! 

10/10 in every way possible

I know that other people may not have enjoyed this as much as I did, but it's a 10 from me and will always remain a 10.

(I rewatched this a while ago, and I have to say that maybe because I was sick the first time I watched it, I didn't notice some details that now would make me rate it a bit lower. But I guess I'll leave it at 10 because it is indeed a masterpiece for me.)

This was the first drama that actually touched me. I'm not a crier and I don't get emotional easily. But this just made me feel numb. It ruined the whole day for me... Hehe...

This was really fascinating.
 In the beginning, I was a bit bored and felt like it moved a bit too fast and a bit too slow at times, but then, out of nowhere, it just made me hold my breath. 

This is totally something else and not your usual romance.

Cha Yu Ri (the FL) has to be one of the kindest characters I have ever seen. She's such a lovely and empathic human being. I think this is one of the things the drama wants to teach people. How to be human like her.

I don't exactly know what to say...

It's like a fever dream.

From the beginning to the end, the whole story was sad. You somehow know the ending from the first couple of episodes, but when the ending really comes, it will just leave you heartbroken.
It may seem frustrating to watch the first episodes, but it will get better in episode 9 or 10. From there, the depression hits.

I struggled so hard not to cry at this one.

A perfect movie for the time I watched it.

I like how they chose intense fighting as their way to communicate.

I can relate to the boys in some ways, so the story had a personal touch.

 I saw this comment, and I'm going to say that too, the ending "it was cruel".

I don't think a drama could ever make me as frustrated, angry and sad as this drama did.

I'm so unsatisfied about how it ended, even tho I knew it would be that way. But it's not fair! I wish that the FL had shown her true feelings to the ML.

Stupid Maria...

This literally made me feel all the emotions a human can feel. From happiness and excitement to immense frustration. I felt betrayed, irritated, shocked and confused.

I suppose this fits what they call a "sad romance." I appreciate how this was created; the story, the actors, the cinematography, and the music were all excellent. However, out of everything, I liked the poetry the most. I still think about it even now.

This achieved my expectations. It was exactly what I needed. I know that some people found the ending disappointing (from what I read, they said it was a bit rushed), but I liked it.

Wow... Looking back I wonder if they could've had a better ending. The brothers I mean.

This is a story about grief and about not accepting reality as it is.
I also think this is a story about true love. A painful love, a love that you want to let go of, but if you do, you'll feel like you let go of a piece of yourself.
It was hard to watch and it got sadder by the minute in the end.

I saw people saying they have seen this plot often and it's boring, but I did not think of it that way. This only reminded me of Don't Forget I Love You, because of how the story unfolds at the end.

The forbidden relationship makes you question what's wrong with two people in love.  It makes me wonder: why can’t others accept it?  
Where in this grey world can you find someone who can make you happy, if not your beloved lover? 

The director balanced the sadness with the many emotional scenes between two people who love each other with sizzling passion.

I feel for the FL. She knew why she couldn't sing the way her friend did, and she saw the way things changed with her boyfriend, but she chose to do nothing. That's when the disappointment turns into sorrow.

I think the ML was a genius in terms of music. Because it's not only the performer who should be good, but also the composition ( in this case, the songwriter should be talented ).
First of all, when it came to the FL, composers complained about the way she sang, so they quit. The FL also said they didn't suit her taste. But when the ML wrote that song for the FL, the song had depth, and every note was simply perfect.
A good composer has the power to create flawless art.

I think I felt more frustrated than sad.

This drama isn't necessarily sad. It just talks about life as a more serious theme.

Such as the relationship between Alan and Wen. I understand Wen when he says he can't stand being in the relationship anymore because he fell out of love.
It's like a battery for a special someone that drains slowly with time and cannot be recharged. At some point, you just become too tired to stay even if you still care about the other person.
The beautiful and sad thing about it is that the battery gave its fullest for the person it was meant to.
 As Wen said, "When I was with you, I focused only on you. My love was just for you."

As for other things, like how things were after the quarantine. It showed the hardship people had to go through in real life.

And I can say a lot more, but I believe they're all spoilers.

The whole concept was melancholy, but they didn't make it look that sad, so I can't really say this was heartbreaking.

I think that Japan is the best when it comes to more serious movies and this is the proof. 

I'm not sure how I should describe how I feel. I was quite upset at the begging and it lasted until the middle of it.
And to the end of it, the story started to have a better shape, but out of nowhere, a hammer broke the perfect newly made shape and transformed it into an ugly one again.

I truly wanted the FL to know everything that happened to the ML because he told her.
In the end, almost all the information she got was just what she figured out or what she found out by herself. The ML never got a chance to reveal his story...

Main leads life was the saddest thing here. From the beginning to the end.
