Kissing for plot reasons

"Oh no! We hAvE to KISS or else the wOrLd will eNd!!!!!!!"

Here are some dramas where, for some plot reason, the leads feel like they must kiss or be inclose physical contact. I'm only including dramas where this is a recurring theme, i.e., it happens in more than just one scene. Also not counting accidental kisses.

1 - for magical reasons
2 - for medical reasons
3 - personal/financial gain reason
