Peace & love after trauma
One of my favorite themes in dramas concerns lead characters overcoming and moving past traumatic experiences to find love and peace in their lives and with each other. From a romance perspective, it sometimes means "your trauma fits my trauma, let's heal and try to be happy together moving forward." I find the bond and trust built between main leads who can relate and understand each other due to common or shared traumatic backgrounds very satisfying. Titles on this list include this theme.
