10/10 no notes, Ye Baiyi is a huge cunt and I love him

The scene where Fu Yao stabs Ping Rong in the dick is worth 10 stars on it’s own

The princess' arc is everything to me, zhao lusi the woman that you are <3

This is so well made, really set itself apart from other dramas - THE SOUNDTRACK ALONE - Still sobbing for Hanya

However............... they need to chill out with the like flashbacks, like ohhoho what you thought happened didn't really, let's go back in time and show you what actually happened, nothing you see is ever real, like it's cool sometimes, but you don't need to do it for EVERY single scene, got reeally tiring

I love them and their dumb plans that always somehow work out, can they pleeeease get a break though.

Finally some good fucking food, gotta love a survivor, zhao lusi ily - wish the characters didn't change so much after falling in love, especially the male lead became a different person, very lame - kinda losing me in the second half, but we do love some good ol fashioned angst

Man I loved this SO much in the beginning, equal parts heartbreaking and fun, side couple also has a very interesting story - there are a lot of things i wish they'd done differently though, felt like Nan Heng changed a bit too much towards the end, as I feel Liu Yuning's characters usually do after the main couple gets together...................... Feel like Yimeng was also a more likeable character in the beginning...

Gets kinda convoluted and meta throughout the show which can be jarring, i'm hesitant to finish it

They did so many things right, but also i have so many notes

Holy shit the last few episodes are so fucking boring, and the ending was lazy and nonsensical

This had massive potential! I mean the actors, the plot, the blood! Unfortunately they fucking wrecked Xie Wei's character about halfway through. I get he's supposed to be a fucked up little man, but they just entirely changed what state he got in when it snowed like "haha we're just deciding that suddenly he has full control over his actions because then they can kiss and it's not weird right guys? ...Right?"  - Nah it was still a little weird ............. Like they could have pulled it off, I get what they were going for, but somethings not right with the way they did it.

Felt like they kinda  just forgot what kind of character they wanted Xie Wei to be I guess, or they just embraced him being a douchebag since he was one in the first timeline even though he ended up not being the same person anyway?  They also never bothered giving us an explanation as to why Xue Ning wanted to be with him lol
