  • Story of Kunning Palace

    1. Story of Kunning Palace

    Chinese Drama - 2023, 38 episodes

    10

If you’re looking for one of my fav drama of all time, you’ve found it. I went into this for the plot and stayed because Zhang Linghe decided to invent a new category of 'terrifyingly attractive'. Those psychotic eyes? That creepy "I might ruin your life" smile? He  is the blueprint for morally grey and it turns out that’s exactly what I needed in a male lead. Bai Lu is, as always, slayed her character! ❤︎

  • Lost You Forever Season 2

    2. Lost You Forever Season 2

    Chinese Drama - 2024, 23 episodes

    9.5

A beautiful, gut-wrenching conclusion. It’s heavier on the politics and the heartbreak, but every tear was worth it. Whether you’re Team Jing or Team Xiang Liu, this season will leave you staring at a wall for three days straight. Absolute perfection.

  • Love Like the Galaxy: Part 1

    3. Love Like the Galaxy: Part 1

    Chinese Drama - 2022, 27 episodes

    10

The gold standard for "found family" and "growth." Watching Shao Shang navigate her messy family while being unintentionally iconic is a journey. It’s slow-burn perfection that makes you realize you actually have a thing for black-bellied generals .

  • Lighter & Princess

    4. Lighter & Princess

    Chinese Drama - 2022, 36 episodes

    10

If "total obsession" had a face - it would be Li Xun’s blonde hair . But if it had a heart - it would be Zhu Yun. She is hands-down one of the greenest, most ride-or-die female leads in C-drama history. The way she loved him like her life depended on it, refusing to move on even when the world turned its back on him, was gut-wrenching and beautiful! ❤︎ Their chemistry was so electric I’m surprised my screen didn't short-circuit. It’s a raw, angsty journey where she proved that being a "Princess" means having the strength to stay when everyone else runs .

  • Love Like the Galaxy: Part 2

    5. Love Like the Galaxy: Part 2

    Chinese Drama - 2022, 29 episodes

    10

If Part 1 was the introduction, Part 2 is the emotional wrecking ball. The angst is top-tier, the revenge is satisfying, and the chemistry between Ling Buyi and Shao Shang is so intense it should come with a warning label. My standards for men have been ruined forever.

  • Speed and Love

    6. Speed and Love

    Chinese Drama - 2025, 29 episodes

    10

Currently, my entire personality is just Jin Zhao and Mumu. Their dynamic has a permanent residency in my heart and I am not charging them rent. There is something so addictive about their connection—it’s high-octane, high-emotion, a pure brain rot and top-tier chemistry. ZhaoMu has become one of my most favorite couple in cdramas! ❤︎

If you’re looking for a drama that makes you feel every single spark of a relationship, this is it. Long live the ZhaoMu supremacy!!! LOL

  • Lost You Forever

    7. Lost You Forever

    Chinese Drama - 2023, 39 episodes

    10

A sprawling, emotional epic that basically asked, "How many men can one woman have chemistry with?" and the answer was "Yes". But let's be real: I was rooting for Xiang Lu with my entire soul! ❤︎ The way he loved her in silence, hiding his heart behind those nine heads and a mask of indifference while sacrificing everything for her happiness... it's peak tragedy. The complex dynamics and the sheer weight of his devotion made this feel like a classic novel brought to life. My heart still hasn't recovered from the yearning, and quite frankly, I’m not sure I want it to.

  • The First Frost

    8. The First Frost

    Chinese Drama - 2025, 32 episodes

    9.0

This drama captured that delicate, bittersweet feeling of a past love resurfacing in the most beautiful way. Sang Yan might act like he’s the king of indifference, but his actions prove he’s actually the president of the Wen Yifan protection squad. It’s a mature, gorgeous story about healing and second chances. I've officially added "accidentally becoming roommates with my high school crush" to my list of unrealistic life goals .

  • Amidst a Snowstorm of Love

    9. Amidst a Snowstorm of Love

    Chinese Drama - 2024, 30 episodes

    10

This felt like a warm hug on a cold night! ❤︎ It’s a slow-burn masterpiece where every look and slight touch carried more weight than a thousand lines of dialogue. It’s simple, sweet, and incredibly mature—proof that you don't need high drama when the chemistry is this palpable. If you need me, I’ll be busy rewatching every scene where Lin Yiyang looks at Yin Guo like she's the only person in the room, because that man’s gaze is enough to melt a literal blizzard.

  • Go Ahead

    10. Go Ahead

    Chinese Drama - 2020, 46 episodes

    10

This show is the equivalent of a home-cooked meal that makes you want to call your parents and cry. It’s a beautiful, messy, heart-wrenching exploration of what actually makes a family—spoiler alert: it’s not always blood. The chemistry between the three leads is so natural it feels like eavesdropping on real lives. It’s the kind of story that stays in your marrow long after the credits roll; a perfect balance of "I'm laughing so hard my stomach hurts" and "I am sobbing into my pillow at 2 AM" .

  • Blossoms in Adversity

    11. Blossoms in Adversity

    Chinese Drama - 2024, 40 episodes

    9.0

A refreshing "women supporting women" powerhouse. I loved watching the Hua family women rebuild their lives. It’s smart, grounded, and has a male lead who actually respects the FL's intelligence. We love to see it .

  • Meteor Garden

    12. Meteor Garden

    Chinese Drama - 2018, 50 episodes

    9.0

A classic for a reason. It’s dramatic, it’s flashy, and Dylan Wang’s Pineapple hair deserves its own award. Even when the plot goes off the rails, the F4 chemistry and the nostalgia keep you glued to the screen.

  • Hidden Love

    13. Hidden Love

    Chinese Drama - 2023, 25 episodes

    9.0
  • Love and Redemption

    14. Love and Redemption

    Chinese Drama - 2020, 59 episodes

    9.0

I hope Sifeng (ML) has a good therapist after this, because the man went through ten lifetimes of suffering just for a chance at love. This drama is the definition of "Yearning : The Series". FL's journey from having "no six senses" to becoming a powerhouse was incredible, but it was ML's unwavering, self-sacrificing devotion that kept me glued to the screen. It’s an epic emotional rollercoaster that high-key ruined my expectations for men. If he hasn't coughed up blood at least five times out of pure devotion, is it even a real romance?

  • Arsenal Military Academy

    15. Arsenal Military Academy

    Chinese Drama - 2019, 48 episodes

    9.5

If you haven't seen Xu Kai as Gu Yanzhen, are you even living? This drama is a chaotic masterpiece of "enemies to lovers" and the "girl-disguised-as-a-boy" trope done perfectly. ML is a literal menace—narcissistic, hilarious, and so deeply in love with FL that he’s basically her shadow. The camaraderie, the 1910s aesthetic, and the constant bickering made this an obsession I never want to recover from. Honestly, I'd watch a 50-episode spin-off that’s just Gu Yanzhen being dramatic and jealous in the background.

  • Love between Fairy and Devil

    16. Love between Fairy and Devil

    Chinese Drama - 2022, 36 episodes

    10

The drama that revived the Xianxia genre for me. Dongfang Qingcang is the blueprint for the "mighty overlord who becomes a softie for one girl" trope, and Xiao Lan Hua is the heart that makes the world go 'round'. The CGI was art, the body-swapping was hilarious, and the "Love is not a choice" theme was peak storytelling .

  • Immortal Samsara: Part 1

    17. Immortal Samsara: Part 1

    Chinese Drama - 2022, 38 episodes

    10

A masterclass in "Heartbreak 101" -  Yang Zi and Cheng Yi delivered performances so powerful I felt their pain in my own chest. Part 1 set up such a beautiful, tragic foundation that made the obsession inevitable. It’s epic, it’s emotional, and it reminded me exactly why I love the fantasy genre—even when it hurts .

  • When I Fly Towards You

    18. When I Fly Towards You

    Chinese Drama - 2023, 24 episodes

    9.5

The "anti-depressant" of C-dramas. It’s pure, wholesome, and so sweet it might give you cavities. Su Zai Zai's relationship with Rang Rang is the healthiest thing I’ve seen on screen. 100% comfort watch.

  • The Oath of Love

    19. The Oath of Love

    Chinese Drama - 2022, 32 episodes

    9.0

A warm hug in drama form. The chemistry between Xiao Zhan and Yang Zi feels so natural and mature. It’s a slow-paced, realistic look at love and family that just makes you feel good.

  • You Are My Glory

    20. You Are My Glory

    Chinese Drama - 2021, 32 episodes

    9.0

This is the "adult" drama we all deserved. No unnecessary misunderstandings, just two gorgeous, successful people (Yang Yang and Dilraba, a visual attack!) —supporting each other's dreams. Watching ML struggle with his career while FL stayed his #1 fangirl was so grounding and sweet. It’s the ultimate comfort watch that proves you don't need toxic drama to have an elite romance. It's been a year since i watched it and i'm still waiting for a NASA scientist to teach me how to play mobile games lmfao .

  • Falling into Your Smile

    21. Falling into Your Smile

    Chinese Drama - 2021, 31 episodes

    9.0

E-sports, banter, and a very handsome Xu Kai—what more do you need? The "enemies-to-lovers" vibe is executed perfectly, and the gaming scenes are actually exciting even if you don't play.

  • Story of Yanxi Palace

    22. Story of Yanxi Palace

    Chinese Drama - 2018, 70 episodes

    9.0

The gold standard for "savage female leads." Wei Yingluo doesn't just survive the palace; she conquers it. It’s high-stakes, gorgeous to look at, and incredibly satisfying to watch her outsmart everyone who breathes in her direction .

  • Till the End of the Moon

    23. Till the End of the Moon

    Chinese Drama - 2023, 40 episodes

  • Ashes of Love

    24. Ashes of Love

    Chinese Drama - 2018, 63 episodes

  • A Romance of the Little Forest

    25. A Romance of the Little Forest

    Chinese Drama - 2022, 35 episodes

    8.5

A visually stunning "He fell first, but he fell harder" story. It’s light & funny, breezy, and has some of the most beautiful outdoor cinematography you'll see in a modern drama. I loved Esther's unapologetically high-energy, "extra" acting style here so much; she’s hilarious and brings so much life to the screen .
