2025 completed jdrama

way way too relatable that it almost hurt to watch each episode. it's kinda propaganda, but the ending was better than I anticipated, so i like it. 

i like magical realism as a genre so ofc i liked this 

It is probably the best drama of 2025, the production is high and the storyline unfolds nicely with good acting  but it's not my favorite. It took me 2 hours to watch 1 episode and these kids seemed too adult, like why do you care about the 2008 recession? 

its more than your average rom-com or romance drama. The chemistry was there and overall a good story.

we love a homo-erotic coworker relationship!! WE NEED A SEASON 2 

another case of a drama feeling like it was from early 2010's but i kinda liked it?? 

so so bad but so good. loved that earthquakes were a character and the plastic surgery, CINEMA

I cried every episode, but not because its sad, but because it was so wholesome to watch a show about personal growth, youth and friendship. Even thinking about the ending makes me tear up thinking about how good this show is.  I absolutely loved it.

I forgot i watched this this year. Enjoyable for a show i only started for Hirano Sho. I love starto dramas when they are about crime or dark. My only critique is that i wish the romance was more romantic ~ they had no chemistry 

I thought this was a watch from last year, but no. A heartwarming, emotional show which means I cried a bunch ? i loved the brothers with lion, that relationship with those 3 charachers was so sweet. Seeing them all grow together was adorable. If you like the found family troupe, this ones the best 

The worst thing about this drama is that I have to believe Raul from Snowman can not read ?. Other than that, I liked watching it. The ending did not land for me, but given the characters, it was an understandable conclusion. 

Well the music was good, the budget was high so the quality was there and the storytelling was good. The best part was absolutely the songs and the band's dynamic. All this praise to say that I really dislike the "tortured artistic genius" troupe so I did not like the main character, and i could not care less about the romance. 

Great show to binge-watch. Very tight mystery-wise, and I enjoy the dynamic between the 2 leads, who doesn't love a supernaturally abled detective?  also bonus for the setting being beautiful

2008 called and they want their drama back! genjibu cringe material in 5 years so for that its worth the watch 

I did not like the ML reason for cross-dressing. It felt a little wierd like he didnt want to be doing it but other then that this is a enjoyable drama

This got much better as it went on. I really loved the kisses here, yusei was putting in the work! 

I loved this drama. probably in running for one of my personal favorites of 2025. my only gripe is that the ending is not as strong as the first few episodes. It could have been a longer with a more fleshed-out plot. 

Not the best adaptation but it had its good aspects. I appreciate how they effectively constructed the storyline to make the timeline more understandable, but I didn't enjoy how they cut out some of the more nuanced parts of the story. It made it more boring to me.

I liked it cause I enjoy messy affair dramas and that kiss, MAN THAT KISS, but I definitely thought their relationship could be fleshed out cause they fell in love too fast and needed a proper explanation for the girlfriend and boyfriend. The plot gave a cop-out instead of taking the time to really explain and explore their issues and trauma. 

This was just bad, not a fun bad, just overall bad. Rated it a 4 for action and cause I can't in good faith give any rei drama a 1 

so happy i had low expectations cause this was very enjoyable and a drama I would recommend to anyone 

A sweet little drama that i enjoyed my time watching.

Surprise, Surprise, this is actually a really sweet and enjoyable drama. 

The second i finished this drama I knew it was going to be one of my favorite dramas of all time. 

Started strong but got way to sad for me in the last half. It's a good drama but just not the types of drama i like. 

PROPAGANDA!!! Men like this do not exist in real life. the drama was ok but do need a kuzuto spin-off thank you!

i do love a silly goofy show with a ton of heart. i gotta admit its now one of my all time favorites 

man fuck kenshin forever dude, but this drama still good.

I enjoyed this cause i like faulty male leads. i would instantly rewatch this!

I like the entire cast and will always enjoy a supernatural romance so i thought this one was pretty good, but not great, a lil boring at times. Did have second lead syndrome cause i love Ryosuke,  I loved the cast enough to see it through.

doesn't really count cause its a movie but this was an insanely questionable remake and idk if i liked it

Made with 1$ and a lot of heart. What a wonderful little gem of a show. There were some issues but i can overlook its fault cause of how much i enjoyed this 

This is nothing new but it's definitely a fun time. Included so many jpop idols I love, a must-watch for Keito lovers like me, so I enjoyed watching this. There definitely needs a 2nd season cause I wanna see Taiga be a bad ass (and get his ass kicked)

This drama was too crazy tbh. The drama was drama~ing, but every male character was insufferable and at least 3 of the female characters were pycho. I can't suggest it, but will say Kazuto did great

Think, the Beauty Inside, but what if it was genjibu - and you have this short lil webdrama. It was cute, sweet and a little cringe, as all idol group webdramas tend to be, but i enjoyed it, mostly because i love gnjb

Guilty pleasure bl cause yes, it is bad ?, however highly enjoyable ? and thats beautiful! I'm here to say, its ok to love terrible tv shows and just enjoy the ride! I know shoma sure did ?

A cute little rom-com of a gl. I liked the issues they delt with, like homophobia in the workplace, but did it in an open and thoughtful way, so for me, the themes are the highlight of the show. Do wish they just got together sooner tho

I can't recall the last time I got massive second lead syndrome from a B.L, but this one did it! In any case, i found it very cute  

I quite enjoyed the mystery in this show, but the flashback in episode 8 was hands down one of the best episodes of TV I've seen this year. The last 2 episodes are more disappointing but does not make it a bad show if you ask me.

i actually enjoyed so themes in this drama but only finished it for noaya and shunta tbh

nothing burger ~~ its honestly not that bad but the plotlines go nowhere 

One of the most insane dramas I have watched this year, bad but in an addictive and crazy way that makes the watching experience very enjoyable.

pretty good show with an overall good message. I liked all the actors in this. Will say slightly better then most other crossdressing dramas but not by much.
