Favorite Movies feat. TV Specials

BLEACH was my most anticipated live action movie that I am forever bitter it never released in theaters locally and was stuck on streaming hell. The cast was also my gateway to the familiar yet strange world of Japanese Special Effects since I was so hyped for BLEACH movie's release, I read the interviews.

Toei's annual crossover movies for their Tokusatsu franchises in this specific era was my entry to the henshin hero genre so they have a special place in my heart. 

GARO despite it's faults that implicitly forbid women to be Makai Knights and punish them for daring, have compelling stories that make their female characters the emotional central narrative. Red Requiem made me discover Garo TV series so it gets honorable slot in this list. I have been waiting for Moonbow Traveler for ages, it didn't disappoint.
