Bromance vibes

The story, characters and actors are all amazing. The drama, comedy, action and twists are crazy good. They weaved in the bromance with so many different kinds of relationships that the lead cultivates throughout his journey.

The comradery  and clownery between the inmates (prison guards too)  is both heart-warming and hilarious. The characters draw you into their world effortlessly.

The reporter and lead character have a  fun love-hate  dynamic. Their relationship is a nice comic relief and break from the intensity of the serial killer mayhem.  It just works , but that  is not the central selling point of the show.

The closeness and chemistry is undeniable . The power dynamic is unequal between them(boss vs bodyguard situation) but they grew up together and  have each others backs.  The two boys are truly best friends and eventually they  grow beyond the platonic .

Goblin and the Grim Reaper are a dynamic magical duo.  The chemistry  between Gong Yoo and Lee Dong-wook... need I say more.
