K/J/C Action/Thriller series/movies 5*-mostly ? end

One of my favorite shows. I would love to see more about them.

Netflix. Action and drama. A young army member agrees to catch deserters in order to get more days off. It is very well done, and the first season gives away there is a 2nd season. 

Very bittersweet ending, but it is a great martial arts - revenge - street fighting - gangster/mafia thrilling series. I still recommend for the great acting. Not focused on romance.

Post apocalyptic drama. Black Knights provide oxygen to citizens, and some fight against government corruption.

Watched it twice, Netflix and Viki. Robin Hood type of series, great acting from the leads. and sweet plot.  The (not-so-)background plot and characters are great as well, since they tie everything together. Heart warming story that will make you want to re-watch it.

Rewatched it twice. Amazon Prime and Netflix (or Viki). It's a type of zombie series, within a group of apartment buildings, and ultimately one building. A variety of characters-personalities have to try to survive a type of "end of the world" without being able to communicate with the outside.  I really enjoyed it the second time, and I will watch it again.

Great soundtrack, acting and story. A dystopian S.K. with plenty of corruption among the ones in power. It was released in 2021, and it reminds me of U.S.' politics from before 2016-2020 and 2024 -onwards. The screenwriters and actors did a great job at the portrayal of such characters. This has become one of my favorite Kdramas of all time. Warning: No romance.

It reminded me of Taxi Driver, Bloodhounds, My Name, Bad and Crazy, Café Minamdang, and similar. With a happy ending, thrill and charming MLeads, and really bad antagonists. I enjoyed it so much that I didn't want it to end, and I already miss the characters. I wish there was a second season since we only got a bit of a hint of developing relationships at the very end, with each character's charm. This is an underrated kdrama that should have received more attention and appreciation from viewers.

"Post-Apocalyptic" movie - life after a huge earthquake. Heartbreaking, and interesting as well. There is a stand-alone sequel is called Badland Hunters. Acting is great and I can recommend it.

Japanese Action, underground organization, drugs that give superpower.

Hulu-Disney channel. As the name conveys. Action, bring-back justice, and no comedy, no romance. Good series, perfect for 1 or 2 days for all 8 50-minute episodes. There will be a 2nd season - confirmed on July 2024.

Hulu-Disney 8 episodes of thrill, entertainment, and angst. This series starts in the present, with the passing of an interesting uncle (quiet, fighter, shot guns, etc), and we flash back to about 15 years before. On episode 3 we catch up with the present, however, every now and then we get flashbacks for background of the characters and the uncle's lifestyle before he passed. I really enjoyed it, and I would like for it to have a 2nd season. I'd subscribe for 1 month to Hulu-Disney and binge watch the series they have.
