1. Twinkle Love
Chinese TV Show - 2021, 10 episodes
Favorite reality show, could not script how perfect it was. I love the youthful adventure of young adults, and the commentators, AMAZING. I never care about them until this show, they honestly become my best friends. Watching season 5 right now though and it might top this season dare I say....

2. EXchange
Korean TV Show - 2021, 15 episodes
Not the show for me. I understand why people would enjoy it the premise is interesting, but it's to real in a way. The show was just so long and the fact the contestants continued to go to work and live there everyday lives kind of bored me at times. I guess it was worth the wait to see when the exes get revealed because boy was I fooled, but just everything else was not it. I feel like I watch reality-tv as a form of escapism, but this one seemed to down to earth. If you like shows following the everyday lives of people then you might like this.

3. Nineteen to Twenty
Korean TV Show - 2023, 13 episodes
One of my first Korean dating show. Cured me when I was depressed and the reason why I've watched all the other shows on this list. I'm like so attached to the couple that came out of this show they're my literal parents, without them I don't believe in true love.

4. Better Late than Single
Korean TV Show - 2025, 10 episodes
Usually I don't care much for unique dating show concepts, like what really matters is the contestants but this one was so unique and enjoyable. There were so many moments of second hand embarrassment, but that just added to the shows charm. Wish there were more couples to come from the show, but still an entertaining watch.

5. Single’s Inferno Season 5
Korean TV Show - 2026, 12 episodes
I've always started every Single Inferno season when it airs but never continues, but this season broke that streak. There were multiple couples I were invested in, and they had actual chemistry. There are so many memorable moments from this season, and I'm so glad some of the contestants weren't afraid to be themselves just because the cameras were rolling. We all got to thank Mina thought because she honestly carried the season and without here it wouldn't have been as interesting.

6. When Our Kids Fall in Love Season 2
Korean TV Show - 2026, 10 episodes
Nothing better than watching the couple you root for from the absolute beginning work out. I liked the premise of this show a lot, but if we had some more engaged parents I feel this show could be upgraded even more. The parents could've honestly been more bold but they were very mindful of what they said, and in reality-tv that sucks.
