this is my classic, my favourite xianxia ever. i love love love (not to mention top-notch ost). also, i’m still waiting for my dixin reunion drama…

as of writing this (22/8/25), i'm only on episode 4, but this already made it onto the list. i think that speaks for itself :)

我心如水，水滴石穿。

does this drama have its flaws? oh absolutely. did i still have a good time? well yes!

not to mention this pairing’s chemistry; i bumped my rating from 8.0 to 8.5 because of them. they’re just so natural together, hoping for another drama with them in the near future :-)

(tentatively added after ep 7) i was already eyeing this drama because of the trailers for a whole year, and so far it hasn’t disappointed. also, super pretty colour grading and shots!

FINALLY some real enemies to lovers (i’ve seen the backlash for the first few eps because of how they treated each other but i honestly liked it, and i low key think feng suige was enjoying it too LOL),,, i’ve prayed for times like this. my fingers are crossed for them to stick the ending :-)

might be the best mini historical i’ve watched? made my head spin and gave me so many butterflies.

(finally added after watching ep 14) officially my guilty pleasure drama, this had no reason being this good… i literally felt butterflies in my stomach when the leads had their first kiss. also, the super pretty lighting and shots.
