  • Brother of the Year

    1. Brother of the Year

    Thai Movie - 2018

    10

When I first watched the trailer, I honestly thought it was just gonna be a funny sibling war type of movie — you know, like a brother and sister constantly fighting and teasing each other. But as I actually watched it, I realized it was so much more than that.

Rating: 10/10 - There’s comedy for sure, but there’s also some emotional and heartfelt moments too. You get to see the bond between the characters grow, and it mixes everything I love — humor, family, and a bit of sadness.

  • I Fine..Thank You..Love You

    2. I Fine..Thank You..Love You

    Thai Movie - 2014

    10

This was such a fun and adorable romantic comedy! It had some totally outrageous comedic moments that had me laughing nonstop. The cast worked so well together.

And honestly, every time I see Sunny in a movie, he never disappoints! He’s just naturally funny without even trying. That wedding scene where he was dancing with the little boy? I was laughing to tears! ?? That was hands down one of the funniest parts!

Rating: 10/10 - It had everything I love — romance, comedy, great acting, and nonstop laughter. Everything about it was top-notch and totally worth the watch!

  • The Whole Truth

    Thai Movie - 2021

  • The Murderer

    4. The Murderer

    Thai Movie - 2023

It’s not just giving regular Thai — it’s giving Isan Thai vibes, you know what I mean? The humor, the tone, everything felt super local and real. To truly get the jokes and the comedy style, you kinda have to be from the Isan area or have grown up around that culture to understand where the funny moments come from.

I’d totally recommend this movie to people who are open to exploring Thai or Isan culture through comedy.  Even if you’re watching from overseas and don’t fully get all the jokes, it’s still such a fun experience — definitely worth a try! ??

Rating: 9/10 -  The only thing I’d change is maybe some of the characters — a few could’ve been switched up a bit — but the detective? OMG, he’s hilarious on his own.

    6. Hello Yasothon 2

  • Hello Yasothon 3

    7. Hello Yasothon 3

    Thai Movie - 2013

Absolutely hilarious. If you’ve already watched the “parent” drama that came before this, then you already know the kind of chaotic energy you’re walking into. It’s one of those classic Thai village era comedies that just never fail to make you laugh from start to finish.

Every scene had me cracking up — like, it’s one of those where you can’t even take a break because something funny is always happening. The characters, the dialogue, the little village quirks — everything was on point. It’s lighthearted, chaotic, and just so entertaining.

Rating: 10/10 - It’s honestly one of my favorite comfort watches, and the only sad thing is how hard it was to find it again! For people who don’t speak Thai or Isan, I probably wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re trying to learn, because a lot of the humor and slang really hit harder when you understand the language. But if you do get it? You’re in for a good ass time.

  • Pee Mak

    8. Pee Mak

    Thai Movie - 2013

    9.0

Do I even need to say more about PEE MAK? If you’re already into Thai movies or dramas, then you know what’s up. It’s a classic, no explanation needed.

    Rating: 9/10

  • ATM: Er Rak Error

    9. ATM: Er Rak Error

    Thai Movie - 2012

    10

This is one of those movies I never get tired of rewatching. It’s funny, entertaining, and surprisingly heartwarming. Every character is cute and full of comedy! The story itself is light, but the conflict is unique.

Rating: 10/10 - The scene where Sua buys a gun from that kid? FUNNY ASF.

  • You & Me & Me

    15. You & Me & Me

    Thai Movie - 2023

    9.0

Honestly, I like the casting, but the storyline just wasn’t it for me. It could’ve gone way deeper, but instead, it’s about a guy coming between two twin sisters who were super close. Like, you’re telling me your bond is that strong, and then one little boy ruins it? Be for real.

Rating: 7/10 - The original sister who met him first should’ve just stayed with him, and the other one should’ve backed off—it’s that simple. The acting was solid, but the plot felt weak.
