• I actually think this was really well made. 
• There were things in the movie that I didn't really understand at first, but they tied it all together pretty well in the end. 
• I didn't like the explicitness in the beginning, but I think it was necessary for the story to work.
• I could really feel the pain Jun was experiencing. 
• They did a good job of telling a homosexual story without fetishizing it.

Rating: It's a good movie, I must admit. I don't think I could watch it again though, it's really an emotional rollercoaster.

• It's extremely slow-paced and long; it could feel boring sometimes.
• I didn't like Endo's personality.
• It was awkward to watch Kirishima be quiet when others were trying to talk to her.
• I appreciate how the relationship didn't feel fetishized. 
• Kirishima had nice visuals.

Rating: Would not rewatch, but I guess I'm happy I watched it.

• I liked the cinematography.
• I've never seen a character like Son being portrayed before, so that was cool.
• Son was fun to watch, I liked her haircut. 
• The plot was sort of boring, they could have made things more exciting.
• I liked that there was a music CD with the movie DVD. I love The Fermented Dregs.

Rating: Boring, but they have some really aesthetic scenes. Nice CD music track.

• In the first half, I was totally confused about what feelings Ai had for Miyuki.
• Ai is a terrible person, actually. 
• I don't understand why Ai even liked Tatoe. 
• The sexual scenes were good. 
• The way they talked about diabetes felt kinda exaggerated. 
• Miyuki's naivety feels annoying to watch.

Rating: I would not watch this again. This feels pseudo-lesbian in a way; it's weird. Because Ai never even liked Miyuki, she was only with her to get with Tatoe; she's evil, really. But if you're really desperate for something yuri, this is a fine one-time watch movie.

• (I bought the Malay DVD) The Malay-English subtitles are grammatically incorrect and confusing; sometimes I find it hard to understand what's being said.
• I don't get why Nobuta acts the way she does; her trauma feels so minor.  More explanation would be appreciated. 
• The lack of reaction to Nobuta's bullying feels unrealistic.
• The cinematography is nice. 
• This reminds me of Life because of the bullying aspect.
• I like how animated the characters act.
• After watching many of these J-dramas, you begin to notice how they like using certain locations a lot. Like, they love shooting by Sumida River for some reason. 
• I can't help but feel like the colors are too dull; they should have pushed the vibrancy up a notch or two. 
• The ninth episode felt so out of the blue. What was that even? 
• The last scenes of episode ten were aesthetically pleasing. I liked it when they took pictures and when they went swimming in their school uniforms. 
• I believe Akira is meant to be autistic, but I'm not really sure. Maybe he's just quirky. 

Rating: It was kinda uneventful; I was never really sitting on the edge of my seat, wondering what would happen next. It was just kinda meh, I didn't hate watching it or anything, I just kinda didn't feel anything at all. The commenter who said this was better than Hana-Kimi lied. Hana-Kimi can't even compare. I'd only watch this again as background noise.
