Favorite Steamy & Healthy(ish) M/M Romance

So it's complicated...but it's a favorite of mine (cw: violence, death)

These two had a rough start but there is major character growth (cw: violence, past trauma, kidnapping and other stuff)

aka The Novelist. Not as healthy as some but it has a favorite NSFW scene. (cw: slap, dub con)

A very cute short movie.

start off not liking each other but really grow, also a great tent scene

awesome side m/m couple (watch until the end of episode 4, trust me)

Difficult to find where to watch but non toxic relationship and a great bed scene (cw: homophobia)

extremely sweet main leads, excellent scene in a tent

More like sexual tension (cw: step brother side m/m couple)

Main couple has a rocky start involving bullying but there is major character growth. Age gap with the side couple but also fairly healthy.  (note some people don't watch the 10th/final episode) (cw: bullying, age gap, tragedy)

The relationship has...challenges but also has character growth.  It is helpful to watch the first movie (Present Perfect) and then watch this one to understand the context better (cw: punch)

Flawed (and realistic) characters

started on the wrong foot but became very supportive of each other

the main couple is super sweet, watch the uncut version for a steamier scene

really sweet short movie with an established couple

Probably the only teacher/student relationship that I think was okay (cw: college teacher/student relationship, age gap, a slap, homophobia, bullying in flashback)

friends to lovers with good kissing scenes, watch the special episode as well

Nice scene in episode 2 and some good communication, just ignore the final episode

This is a Japanese pink film (i.e. explicit). The established m/m relationship does go thru some challenges.

Side m/m has little screen time but they are amazing, excellent character growth. Watch episode 12, you're welcome. (cw: homophobia, a slap, beaten up not between m/m)
