Ep 29, at 18 mins is very RR, most RR part of the whole drama.

It wasn't that romance-focused – it was very female-centric and plot driven. Nonetheless, the romance parts were pretty consistently RR throughout. Although this definitely wouldn't be considered as RR as the rest of the titles on this list, I put in in here because of how rare it is for full-length cdramas to have it, and I enjoyed the story.

I was just so captivated by Gulinezer's character, Rong Shanbao, all the way through! I couldn't stop staring at her face and her graceful and elegant movements.

Literally only the first 20 mins or so is actually RR, then it turns absolutely disGUSting* and 88 mins through it turns fairly RR again. Only on this list for the first part and bc I love both the lead actors

*I say disgusting because the ML starts keeping the FL chained up and hypnotises her with a love potion. I'm heavily biased though lol because if it was the other way around I'd be eating that shit up

FL's relationship with her didi (the adopted brother) is one of the most RR i've ever seen! Really good, there's pet play and stuff (he eagerly wears this whole-ass collar and leash)

The other male leads in the harem are slightly less submissive and RR (I'm basically only watching for the previously mentioned one) but they still very much are. There are a few traditional moments with them, but with the adopted brother ML, there are just none.

Extremely RR all the way through. It was my first RR drama (it introduced me to the genre) and it holds a special place in my heart lol

Extremely RR all the way through. This is THE (healthy/non-toxic) RR movie to watch – handled BDSM with femdom and male-sub very well and was very explanatory and wholesome.

I loved this so much for a modern full-length Chinese drama! This was such a girl-boss x male-wife title. The roles were very much reversed: the ML was the househusband who cooks and cleans (he's a real stickler for cleanliness), and the FL was a successful lawyer who was extremely messy at home and usually ordered takeout before their new living arrangement.

FL is very much a heavyweight while ML is big lightweight lol he gets drunk so easily

The ML was such high IQ softboy/goodboy vibes, and the FL was a fierce, intelligent, and just lawyer. Their personalities matched so well, and I just can't stop talking about this series UGH

kind of RR all the way through – some traditional moments (they kinda give me the ick, can't stand any sort of traditional), mostly in here for the plot and FL's beauty ngl

Also ML had a crossdressing scene I liked, except I couldn't really stand his acting – he constantly looked constipated for some reason

I loved the whole strong FL protecting the weak ML, one of my favourite tropes!! This is mainly in here because of that and how funny and interesting the plot was. There were some traditional moments, but it was mostly RR with how macho the FL was and how much ML was giving off malewife vibes lol he was so sassy

One thing that kind of annoyed me was how much the ML felt the need to protect her, like he knows she's got super strength. I understand the irrational worry and fear he has for her safety because he loves her or whatever, but it was still slightly irritating.

This was only a very small thing, though. I was squealing at all the romantic parts and I loved the FL and ML SO MUCH! My favourite scenes were when FL carried the ML.

A few egalitarian moments, but mostly RR. I loved the flirty FL and shy ML, he was such a malewife

Think of a typical cold demon lord ML and a poor, innocent, weak FL and then just flip the roles!!! The FL also becomes really protective of him later in lots of ways. Here are 2 (of many) examples:

1. A large wooden beam almost falls on ML, but FL catches it with her powers before it hits him and throws it away. They then make chemistry-filled eye contact.

2. When ML is asking someone questions in the context of investigating a case, the person is rude to him and FL does NOT take that shit. She uses her powers to pressure and hurt him, and the person begs for forgiveness and is polite.

Anyway, such a thorough RR!!

Incredible. Extremely RR all the way through, and it just made me feel so many emotions – I was crying so much, laughing so much, swooning so much, it was just incredible.

The RR moments are also fantastic and they're plentiful! I loved the parts where she would just grab his collar or tilt his chin (but I just go weak for that kind of stuff lol), and ML was really adorable when drunk.

Also, there were moments when people made comparisons, like ML's mother figure said he was like a daughter taking food from her to run to give her husband (husband as in FL). ML also asked the FL if she was going to pay for him and take care of him for the rest of their lives, and FL jokingly said that being a gigolo didn't suit him ?
