This is just a personal list of Chinese actors who really left an impression on me, whether it’s through their acting, the roles they choose, or simply how natural they feel on screen. Some of them earned a spot because of one role I couldn’t stop thinking about, while others made their way here by being consistently good.

A small disclaimer though: if someone isn’t on this list, it doesn’t automatically mean I don’t like them. They might just not be at the very top of my favorites right now, or I haven’t fully explored their work yet. This list is very much a work in progress and will probably change as I watch more dramas.

Tastes change, new dramas come out, and this list is always open to evolving.
