Drama Rating List
This is a rating list for all of the dramas that I've even remotely liked. Also my top dramas dramas change around aaallllll the time tbh
I try to keep my reviews mostly spoiler free and if there are any dramas within this listing that have no written review from me quite yet, it's because I'm lazy~

1. Guardian: The Lonely and Great God
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
There's just something about this drama that I cant quite place that makes me love it to bits!! I think some of it might be my love for the characters, some more of it might be because of how funny or sweet the show can be at one moment, and then breaking my heart in the next~
-
2. The Untamed
Chinese Drama - 2019, 50 episodes
I was really worried starting this drama because I thought it would be nothing but a huge queer bait fest (considering it's base material). Good lord was I wrong! The drama has done an excellent job of portraying the gay relationships within this gem. Even though it isn't ever outright about the homosexuality, it shot to the very top of my list almost immediately~
If you can get past the campiness and the weirdness of the first episode and some other areas (which is why my official score is a 9.5 and not a 10) then please give this a try! It's rating definitely deserves a 10 for enjoyment!

3. My Love from the Star
Korean Drama - 2013, 21 episodes
This show was one of my very first dramas and I can definitely say that it left a pretty big impact on me! This drama was the first one to ever make me cry actual happy tears and the main couple is the definition of actor chemistry~
Everytime I think of this show I remember thinking that Kim Soo Hyun was the most beautiful man I had ever seen lmao.
-
4. You Are My Destiny
Korean Drama - 2014, 20 episodes
Aahhh gosh what is there not to love about this drama?? Other than Lee Gun being a tad annoying at some points, the actors chemistry, the lovable characters and the story line of the actual show had me falling in love within the first 3 episodes~ Plus the high emotions and character development in this one are too much for me to not be obsessed ;-;
-
5. Itaewon Class
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
-
6. Strangers from Hell
Korean Drama - 2019, 10 episodes
Boy, do I love myself a good suspenseful horror story! The casting and the way this Drama was adapted from the original Webtoon still blows my mind honestly, the attention to detail is just so impressive.
If you can appreciate a decently slow moving horror story that makes it's audience piece together the plot as you move along, then this one is definitely for you. The actors really brought their all for this one so prepared to be thoroughly creeped out~
-
7. Hotel del Luna
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
The real selling point for this drama is the world that the story is set in. The enchanting and fascinating charm that the Hotel Del Luna holds is just too powerful~ And, oh my god, the characters! Each and every one of these characters is fully brought to life by the wonderful story telling and the show really makes you care about all of the souls within the hotel!
Warning: Emotions get pretty high for this one, so prepare your tissues if you're a crier!P.S. IU owns my whole heart <3
-
8. Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
-
9. Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
Gosh... truly an amazing and very character driven drama . This drama is very, very good at getting you attached to it's characters and really tugging at your heart strings~ I love it when a drama can really make me sob. So much so that I can't help but come back to watch it again every once in a while~
-
10. My ID Is Gangnam Beauty
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
With the amount of times I've re-watched the show, it truly deserves to be high up on my list. This is another show driven immensely by the interesting characters and the phenomenal chemistry between the main leads! Eun Woo's cool to adorable character and love for his female lead make my heart melt no matter how many times I re-watch the scenes from this show~
I, also, appreciate how strong our female lead is and how much she learns and grows throughout the story. It's really quite touching <3
-
11. Hello Monster
Korean Drama - 2015, 16 episodes
Good lord, Park Bo Gum has been put in a whole new light because of this drama. I liked him already, but now I think I've fallen for him ;-; If you enjoy deep and well thought out murder mysteries with heavy character bonding and connecting parts of the plot together, then this show is one that you will definitely enjoy~
Also, Kyungsoo's performance was legitimately second to none~
-
12. A Beautiful Mind
Korean Drama - 2016, 14 episodes
This drama is a favorite of mine mostly for everything that had to do with the main male character and how cute the female lead is. I adored the male leads unpredictable character and the relationship between him and his sweet-hearted Jin Sung~ The murder mystery side of things made the show a touch more interesting as well~ Following these characters journey was quite the ride and I couldn't recommend it more~
-
13. Where Your Eyes Linger
Korean Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
-
14. Touch Your Heart
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
I rated this as high as I did purely because of how soft, adorable and easy to watch this show tends to be. These actors have so much chemistry that I am legitimately fine with watching them do basically nothing! It's just so sweet ;-; Once some actual drama begins to be slowly added into the show, it spices things up for a fun change of pace!
If you're looking for a smooth, sometimes emotional, pure romance drama, then give this one a try~ -
15. HIStory3: Make Our Days Count
Taiwanese Special - 2019, 20 episodes
-
16. HIStory2: Crossing the Line
Taiwanese Special - 2018, 8 episodes
-
17. Splash Splash Love
Korean Drama - 2015, 2 episodes
I binged this shows 2 episodes and was a complete mess afterwards ;-;
Talk about actor chemistry, good god! Softly romantic, light-hearted shows like this really never seem to go wrong~
-
18. The Stranded
Thai Drama - 2019, 7 episodes
-
19. Arthdal Chronicles Part 1: The Children of Prophecy
Korean Drama - 2019, 6 episodes
I really don't understand the bad reviews this show seemed to get. I realized upon re-watching the series that sometimes the pacing is a bit slow, but to me, the characters and character design, intriguing fantasy setting and continuously secret-filled story-line really kept this drama stuck in my head and made me have a constant urge to want to watch more~
Consider this 'Part 1' listing as an overall listing and review for the entire first season of this drama~
-
20. I'm Not a Robot
Korean Drama - 2017, 32 episodes
The quick to get through episodes made this drama a really easy watch for me. It was fun to just turn on, enjoy, and not have to dedicate a whole huge chunk of time to it unless I wanted to~ It's cute, romantic and light-hearted for a good bit of the show, but watch out because the angsty bits can really stab you when you aren't expecting them! In other words, be ready to smile and laugh at one moment and then feel pretty goddamn awful for these characters the next.
-
21. Long Time No See
Korean Drama - 2017, 5 episodes
-
22. HIStory3: Trapped
Taiwanese Special - 2019, 20 episodes
-
23. Why R U?
Thai Drama - 2020, 13 episodes
-
24. Rich Man
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
Sure, Suho's character was straight up an asshole a lot of the time... but seeing the adorable Bo Ra change his personality into something much more enjoyable to watch, and being carried alongside the main characters struggle to find what he had been longing for, was just too much for me to stop following their relationship.
-
25. Cinderella and the Four Knights
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
This is another show that I loved mostly for the characters and watching them interact with one another. I started it for Ahn Jae Hyun, and found a new favorite female actress!
-
26. 2gether
Thai Drama - 2020, 13 episodes
-
27. Until We Meet Again
Thai Drama - 2019, 17 episodes
-
28. TharnType
Thai Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
-
29. Love by Chance
Thai Drama - 2018, 14 episodes
'Sweet' is the word that always comes to mind when I think about this show. Though not always lighthearted and fun, Love by Chance was beyond endearing enough to keep me watching :3
I'm glad I stuck with this show to the end because I really considered dropping it very early on. I blame it on the fact that this was my intro to Thai dramas and I wasn't used to how vastly their style differs from Korean or Chinese dramas. I found some parts a bit cringy and just kinda strange, but the couples and characters made this one a good, mostly wholesome watch~
Edit: I've fallen in love with Perth now... Damn you LBC >:0
-
30. Moorim School
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I have this drama to thank for introducing me to VIXX! I stuck with this show for Shi Woo and Chi Angs bromance, but the way the relationships ended up unfolding was adorable as well~
-
31. Drinking Solo
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I started this drama for Key and fell in love with Gong Myung :L Another very character based show, but the lead couples relationship is really what kept me watching. I'm a sucker for a sweet girl who can turn an asshole character into a blushing puppy dog <3 Also Key being a massive dork throughout the whole drama was truly unforgettable~
-
32. To the Beautiful You
Korean Drama - 2012, 16 episodes
Ah yes, my first kdrama. This show forever has my heart and will always be a favorite. Even though if we're being honest with ourselves here, this entire drama was one huge sponsorship for SM Entertainment and it's talent and isn't even really that great acting wise... If you get past that then this show is just a simple and fun watch~
Rest in Peace, Sulli, you are such a beautiful girl and I miss you more each day <3
-
33. The Bride of Habaek
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
My need to piece the ends of this dramas story together was really what kept me watching. Habaek and So Ahs push and pull relationship gave us all a lot of pain but was worth it in the end~
-
34. Love in the Moonlight
Korean Drama - 2016, 18 episodes
I love this dramas storyline and characters to bits, but something about it just didn't keep my attention. It felt wrong not including it in this list since I did enjoy it so much, it just took me a looooooong time to actually finish it.
