It's grown on me. Visually beautiful, with some very good acting from Moon Sang Min, and an easily loveable hero with a unique approach and way of responding to events and the heroine. Probably watching it mostly for that.  The guy who hates himself and everyone else, but is changed by his contact with the heroine, is also captivating. He so resists being decent, but starts acting that way, despite himself. The girl he's supposed to marry, who's also connected to the hero and heroine, is a nice foil, too.

I ignored this last year, thinking it would be uninteresting to me. I didn't have the right idea about the story. Turns out it's quite good - thoughtful and original, gently looking into people's lives: their motivations, hopes, heartaches, struggles, and how they care for or reject and let down each other. I find it meaningful, and am enjoying exactly the type of show it is. A few things I don't like, such as Je Yeon's attitude and aspect being too masculine - including the clothes she's shown to wear - and some of the strangeness of the actress, Tae Rin. It's cute and funny in part, but also a bit too much.

Not an easy series to watch, but it's acted and thought out well. Kim Yong Kwang is always, always good. This missed me last year. I think it came out among too many B-grade or strange shows, and got lost. It's also not a genre I like to watch usually - I still don't like it, but it's a compelling story, and, as I said, Kim Yong Kwang is a pleasure to watch in any role.
