2025: my most anticipated bl series

MY MOST ANTICIPATED SERIES FROM EVERY LINEUP ANNOUNCED IN 2024! this pilot trailer had me absolutely crying. this is what i've been waiting for, FOR YEARS from gmmtv. i am so happy that geminifourth are going to have a series like this up their sleeves. they will absolutely nail this, and aof never misses, so this will be one i will be dying for until it gets released. realistically, it won't be released until 2026, but in the meantime, i will be pining after this for the entire year.

PERIOD PIECE !! MY FAVORITE !! this is giving ifylita vibes and i am here for it. i think the casting for this is absolutely perfect, and i am not only excited for the main couple's story, but also the side couple! greatinn have amazing chemistry, and that pilot trailer looked SOOOOO ROMANTIC !! i am also really excited to see aouboom out of their university uniforms !! i have a feeling this will be one of the series from gmmtv's lineup that will dropped earlier than others, so that also leaves me really excited !! 

update: i've watched two episodes and i love it so much already. it's def giving me the ifylita vibes that i have been craving for so long, so i am super impressed so far. 

A HISTORICAL BL FROM CHINA??????? SIGN ME TF UP OH MY GOD. I AM SO SAT FOR THIS SERIES I DONT THINK I CAN SCREAM THAT ENOUGH. THE TRAILER IS PURE CINEMA! I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS!

earthmix in an ensemble cast wasn't on my bingo card for 2025, but the fact that it is only friends season 2?!?! you guys don't even wanna know what the screams sounded like when they left my body as i found out i was going to be watching MY FAVORITE SHIP in this kind of series. this is something totally new for them, so i am really excited to see them working in something totally out of their comfort zones, and i can already tell that mix's character is going to be my favorite because he is naughty just like boston was...hehehe. BRING ON THE DRAMA !! 

listen i am dying. i NEED my bounprem back. and this time we’re adding vampires?????? sign me the fuck up. i hope this series is brooding and angsty and everything i am hoping for. bounprem’s chemistry is too good, and they are looooong overdue for a series!! 

this is a manga that i never thought would get a live action… i am so freaking SAT for this series. and a thai adaptation?!  PLEASE. i hope the intimate scenes do not disappoint! the amount of angst i saw in the pilot/trailer literally has me WEAK !! 

my take after completion: OH MY GOD I AM OBSESSED !! it's been a while since i rated something 10 stars but this was AMAZING. smartboom were just incredible. they brought these characters to life, straight outta the manga. no one could have played them better than them. i am a bit disappointed that the company had to pull such a malicious stunt on this pair after they just became official, but i truly believe this won't be the last we see of them as a pair. i feel it in my bones. they were just too good, and they have all the support. please watch this series if you love angst, DEEP AND REAL love, and romance in the entertainment industry. 

FINALLY !! an offgun series that won't make me want to rip my hair out !! it was a long time coming you guys, but we are finally getting the type of series we've been waiting for  WITH OFFGUN!! and to throw in dew in the mix ?!?! gmmtv, that was so unexpected, but i am LOVING it !! love triangles are messy, but this one looks fun !! casting 10/10, maturity content 10/10, i'm really hoping that the series lives up to my expectations, and i think it will !! 

this pairing was the best thing to happen his 2024. they had me in a chokehold during my stand in. i will literally watch ANYTHING they will be in from now on. i am so ready for this series! 

not sure what they are doing with my guy pond, since he always has another partner, but this series looks so freaking good just from the teaser !! i love it when bls have twists with fantasy or something more than just surface level topics. this looks seriously good, and the pairing looks great. really excited for this one !! 

my take after completion: solid series. the beginning had me pretty hooked and i was looking forward to each episode every week. i really loved peterpan and pond together. they were absolutely superb. their acting skills are no joke. they could do it all: the serious, intense, in love, sad, angry, fear, guilt, pride... just wow. now i will say, one casting choice in particular threw me for a loop. it didn't make sense in regards to all the other actors involved in this project. he was over the top, unenjoyable, and actually ruined a lot of scenes for me. i wish he was recasted, but other than that, no notes. i loved the story, and loved their love so much. 

BILLKINPP IN 2025!!!!! even though this will be a film, and not a series, i cannot wait for this reunited couple to be together onscreen again !! two of my favorites in the whole industry, so this is going to be so special to watch !!  i am also aware this is not a bl in the true form, however, i will be including it in this list because of the a-lister cast of a couple !! 

what can i say, i'm a sucker for a period piece/historical drama !! i love the romance you guys. i can't get enough of it, and this has billybabe, which means the chemistry is going to be off the freaking charts. 

no idea what this is about other than it is a continuation of 4minutes, which i really enjoyed, but it will have jesbible, and that was the smartest decision boc made last year pairing those two together, so i will watch any of their upcoming projects.
