This drama is AMAZING but then Cheng Yi is always a brilliant actor. He plays agony and the "tragic hero" like no one's business, but Joseph Zeng and Xiao Shun Yao were also on point.   Just make sure you watch the special episode. They pulled a "Word of Honor" on us, and the special ending is a must.

Absolutely one of the top two or three dramas (if not #1) that I have seen across all of the Asian countries.  It goes heavy on the ethical / political / strategic discourse and exposition, but as an international relations enthusiast it was brilliant. One of the few dramas where I could actually write essays about the themes, messages, and plot.
