Bromance NO romance dramas?‍↔️(with an exception)

This is the funniest show you will ever watch, it does get compared a lot to joy of life (I’ve never seen it so I can’t tell) but I could not stop laughing every episode it’s so ridiculous. The story and the characters are just so fun and have zero brain cells it’s like the best comedy. This is more a Male lead centric IMO the bromance is just with the side characters annd  are lovable, Xu Qi A with his family is just hilarious and his uncle. HOWEVER this is an exception I added there is romance however it’s so little it’s not relevant lol like the female doesn’t even show up til like 6 eps in, and then when she does her scenes are like 6 mins long and then episodes will go by without her making an appearance lol. Her total screetine would be an equivalent to one whole episode. The do get together in episode 20 I think but they don’t drag It out and they move on and she becomes irrelevant for some time. Aside from that it’s mainly focused on Xu Qi and and his time in the dafeng and all the little shenanigans it’s just soooo enjoyable and the romance is not in your face or draggy. And it’s basically ine of those where the main character shipped with everyone but the female lead lmao. It’s well worth watching it 

This drama is so good and the bromance is amazing. The relationship between fang doubing and Li Lianhua was just chefs kiss. Fang doubing cares about him so much I remember his exact words “I care about you, and I don’t want something bad to happen to you” ?or something like that. He’s does this a lot under the impression Li Lianhua is weak so he is always making sure to protect him, his first thought is anlways li Lianhua whenever there is danger and fuses over him a lot. The story itself is amazing and the characters are just lovable. BUT the ending is a little bittersweet. There is also no romance. Li Lianhua had a relationship in the past and she’s married to someone else but learned to let her go. It more he just dwells on it and they work on letting each other go basically and moves on.  10/10 would recommend. 

Oh this show wanted to be a bl lowkey so bad. I mean no doubt about it anyone who watches this show could tell you the two main characters were obsessed with each other . Like this was some crazy cat and mouse going on. I mean even the ending gave gay lmao. This show is not a bl by any means but I would say there heavy undertones between both of these characters I mean it’s up to your interpretation and the story is soooo freaking good you’ll be on your toes every single episode . Ugh I watched it twice just for them and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s like the toxic ex you keep coming back to bc the relationship between was definitely toxic lmao but gosh it’s so good. The bromance is just chefs kiss, borderline I tell you. And absolutely zero romance u less you count them ? Also I can’t remember but in the very last episode there was something that juwon told him and it really solidified it for me lol. 

He was gay for Gaon and I’m standing ten toes DOWN ON THAT I mean there is literally a scene where he caresses his cheek?there are so many questionable interactions between them like there is no denying there wasn’t some freaky shi going and if you think Beyond evil was toxic oh these two are toxic til the end lol. But I truly believe there was something even if it wasn’t shown. Besides someone said before the director initially had to be one but decided not to and simply made it a bromance. Even the actor Jisung himself made a comment on the characters relationship in the behind the scenes even the picture they took together for the promotion he told him to come closer so there faces were less than centimeters apart lol. The bromance is so good and this is another show that will make you go through a wide range of emotions and Gaon is the most irritating character ever but it’s so worth it. There is a little bit of romance but it’s like childhood friend romance that never got to go anywhere and well you’ll see why…anyways 10/10 recommend and the fact these two never saw eyes to eye but the emtooosn don’t lie on how they felt about one another, I mean Gaon just made himself at home in Yohans house for months lmao. But I know Rohan felt something for him but you’ll have to watch to see what I mean again it’s all up to interpretation. 

Oh I watched this movie so many times and there is t that anyone can say although never shown explicitly i think it’s more a read between the lines these two were a couple. Yin Siwan I still think this is his best movie hes ever done and the performance was amazing the “bromance” was also chef kiss it’s a relationship between and undercover cop and a criminal and well things get kinda messy I will say it is an unfortunate ending but it’s so good I watch it’s 5 times back to back. I do believe they were a couple and it was up to the audience to realize that especially because there’s a scene where he tenderly fixes his collar, and there is also a fighting scene where he enters and says “honey I’m here”  also there’s another scene where Siwan ( cus I can’t remember the character names lol) grabs his hands and say “ I don’t want o lie to you” while looking tenderly at him. This duo was also kinda toxic well no they were toxic but then not it’s was all just really unfortunate and it’s just kinda sad because they’ve really could’ve had a deep friendship had it not been for - well you’ll have to find out. But I totally believe they were an unspoken toxic couple. And that’s why it hurt him the most at the end?

Ugh this movie has a special place is my heart, now believe it or not this is a bromance not a bl but I’d like to believe the main character cared deeply for him which shown over time. but what it is is that a the male lead gets forced into a ghost marriage pretty much with another man who’s dead. and he’s extremely homophobic in the beginning but he gets better as the movie progresses. It’s basically him and the ghost husband working together to find out the cause of his death so his spirit can pass and it was just so beautiful. The bromance between them throughout the movie was just so endearing and the male lead also had character development and it was such a sweet ending AND there is confirmation that a second movie is happening and I’m so happy I wanna see them again. The ending was super sweet and the way he keeps his picture to remember him ??10/10

Another bromance we’ve heard before because it’s true lol. That guy was definitely obsessed with Siwan in a very twisted way and well after watching you’ll see what I mean. This was some very obsessive and suspenseful interaction with both the characters . The story itself is so good and every one is so freakishly odd and eerie. It’s makes for a very uneasy atmosphere. But these two obviously catch the eye of all who watch this show for obvious reasons. Siwan strikes again. 

This is another movie with bl undertones. I mean the first male lead literally called second male lead his girlfriend a this was because he assumed he was a girl because he had long hair until he cut it. And he was protective over him. Both of them are in a psychiatric hospital and that’s how they met. The relationship between them is just so sweet and how they rely on one another spending there time in the hospital annd the central plot first male lead was forced into the psychiatric hospital and fist male lead influence on the second male lead is really interesting. First male lead was a free spirit while second male lead was timid and shy. The story is very endearing with a sweet message and tearful story and the ending is not sad at all when put in perspective, it was the happy ending that that suited them both. Everyone in this movie was so enjoyable and so touching. 

Oh this two are sooo cute, geonu is such a sweetheart like his character is so sweet many of us have speculated his character lowkey autistic and U Jin is very protective over him but both of them are super strong and I love seeing them fight together but geonu is so soft like a duck following his mother that being U Jin lol. The two of them became inseparable and I am so excited for season 2 can’t wait to see these again in action an there is zero romance here just full on bromance and action warning  though ep 6 is very tough for some people to watch so heads up you’re going to feel a lot of anger but prevail! Such a good series and these two are so cute! 

The way I found this gem one day randomly on YouTube and it was the greatest find ever. These two were so good together and the story is set in the republican era. Although not a bl it’s clear what the directors intentions were as some scenes are heavily censored but we all know that the relationship between them ran much deeper. The relationship between these two is just so good and you can really see how much they care for each other I mean first male lead has anger issues but second male lead is like the medicine to calming him down lol. This series is sooo good and worth every episode the characters are amazing as well but the ending was probably the most unnecessary ending in history that no one acknowledges it and just watches the special alternative ending  that they had to edit  mind you bc people were so upset at the ending , as the canon ending ?

Another underrated gem. These two are very interesting to say the least. The relationship between them can be kind of questionable I guess I’m not really sure how to explain there relationship with one another when you see there interactions sometimes it’s like borderline bl but doesn’t go there you know. I do know Kai had an infatuation with him and desired to teach him to be a professional chef. He also let Male lead live in his home. And every time Kai  speak to Gaku ( sorry I just can’t remember there names lol) he sounds so….idk just so…seductive sometimes I’m ngl but he’s always speaking like that also the story is very good it’s a story centered  about cooking and the bromance between the two is so good and just like ugh idk the ending is also very satisfying and made my fujoshi heart very happy for these two ??it’s a wonderful story as well with a bit of mystery surrounding it 10/10 would recommend 

I can’t remember it’s been so long I just know the bromance here was chefs kiss! And it’s has two seasons and I just remember how much i loved there bromance together and how much I binged it very quickly. Also there is zero romance in this.

it’s been awhile but I remember there relationship is very much up to interpretation but you can also be soulmates without the romance part I know these two had a deep relationship and I remember the story was just really sad but so beautiful at the same time. But I loved the bromance of these two and Joonggi was extremely young in this he looked so prettt and delicate. 

The bromance between these two is just hilarious and funny but gradually they come to like each other. I found this to be really enjoyable and the story is good however there is a bit of romance not central to the plot AT ALL more very much in the background honestly but aside from that really enjoyable story and I loved these two and there bickering very much
