Historical Dramas - Best to Worst

It's also set in the present, but it has many parts in the past and a protagonist from that time, so I'll allow it.

The second season was a lot better in my opinion.

A little silly and scifi oriented, but it also has a good amount of historical drama in it.

Controversial, but I actually liked the character development of some of the minor characters.  

Slow start, many unlikeable characters, but gets better toward the end.

Not a standout, but it was a decent drama and nothing I had seen before.

I watched it dubbed which might've ruined some of my enjoyment.  It's horror but it's also heavily influenced by historical dramas.

Cringey as hell, but I think they meant it to be that way, judging by dialogue in later episodes.  Even then, it's a bit painful to watch at times.

Really uneven in terms of good and bad episodes and plot arcs, but overall I had a favorable impression.

Absolute garbage.  I’m only giving it 4 stars because the first few episodes are ok and there are a few good performances.
