There's a character who suffers from a mental illness that causes him to lack emotions.

Abuse/ everyone thinks our chara is insane.

Our main male lead does not have the ability to feel emotions because of a surgery that he had to get when he was younger.

There is a side character who is put into a mental hospital, when he's released he still can't tell what's real and what isn't.  And he has a strange obsession with drawing deer.
