I started it for Xiao Zhan, but I finished it for the team dynamics. I really liked it.

This was very different show for me to watch, but I liked it quite a lot. It had sad moments, but overall it was very uplifting. There's something very compelling about the sad monster who doesn't want to hurt anyone and contrast between him and the monstrous humans who harm willfully. It's an old story, but this is done in a refreshing manner.  Beautifully shot, melancholy, and charming. I'm glad I watched it.
