Based on a true-life couple, this drama features a beautiful love story. I appreciate the gorgeous cinematography that displays the natural beauty of China. I also appreciate the 'glammed down' aesthetics of the main leads, it feels more realistic and relatable.

The acting by the 3 main child actors is incredible. Wish that Chinese censorship was not an issue so that the drama could go into an edgier territory. Atmospheric cinematography and amazing acting all across the board.

A youth drama done right. Featuring relatable characters, life lessons. and humorous and touching friendships.

Quirky youth drama set in a music school. It's a feel-good drama that will make you root for these traditional music majors as they figure out school, music, crushes, and friendships. Lots of heart and laughs packed into this lovely youth drama.

First time that I watched Chen Kun and Nini - I was blown away. High production value, amazing acting and writing. Breathtaking politcal intrigue drama with an amazing and complex female lead.

A series that focuses on the lives of a group of friends in Beijing - their careers, friendships, and romance. A great ensemble cast and my introduction to the lovely Ren Su Xi.

An enjoyable time travel series with a school setting.

A great take on the urban romantic genre, with deep dives into dating culture and working culture. The chemistry between Elvis and Elvira, the leads, are another highlight. 

A moving look at a teen girl's coming of age - college entrance exams, family and friendships. Many interesting characters and lovely cinematography. Standout performance by the actor who portrayed ZhangJun. 

A moving xianxia that focuses on loss and longing. The multiple male leads are all compelling and lovely in their own ways.

Great cinematography and OST.  Also, it features wonderful chemistry and some intense push and pull between the leads - it's fascinating to watch.

Four friends reunite as young professionals in their hometown of Chengdu and we go through their family issues, careers, friendship and relationships. A great ensemble cast. I loved hearing the dialect in this series. Lots of humor and heart. This drama solidified my crush on Ren Su Xi - she is a joy to watch.

A tale of epic proportions of a fantasy world that weaves together many heroes and their journeys. A great tale to come out of the Novoland world.
