The FL is very strong at certain points. Able to defeat numerous powerful cultivators (if not an entire sect) on her own.

Both the ML and FL are very powerful at certain points in the drama (able to take on entire sects on their own), low-powered at other points, and almost powerless at other points in the drama.

Excellent sniper with some hand-to-hand combat skills

Although she is not a top student at the academy and she does particularly poorly in tasks that require a lot of strength, she does fairly well in more combat-oriented classes and outside of the academy she is a much better fighter than an average person. iirc she is trained in swordsmanship.

Not a pro fighter and she never trains, but she some how knows enough martial arts to always be able to defend herself against attacks, even from pro fighters, unless the plot suddenly needs her to not be able to defend herself.

Not a fighter, just a tomboy and unusually strong for her size

The FL was a legendary mage / assassin before she transferred her soul to a weak body

But it's largely thanks to the ML's heart protecting scale.
