Wait, what? What is a Green Tea? It's Chinese slang for a character type that appears to be pure, innocent, and weak to appeal to the heroic MC, but is actually arrogant and mean. Usually, Green Teas are women wanting to steal the ML from the FL, but recently I've seen a rise of MLs that display similar behavior (though admittedly, usually far less antagonistic).I absolutely love these kind of MLs, so I decided to make a list ^^ Some of these MLs might only have certain traits, but they all share in their "pretending to be far more soft and delicate in front of their love interest than they actually are."Green Tea: pretends to be delicate, sweet, considerate, kind, etc in front of the person they like, but when in the company of people they don't give a shit about, they show their true face and are arrogant, mean, etc. deliberately creates misunderstandings with the opposite sex (especially if they already have a SO) to wreck relationships lol.
