Sohn Mi Na is a South Korean broadcaster, travel writer and former KBS announcer. She graduated from Sehwa Girls' High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Spoken Language and Literature from Korea University and a master's degree in Journalism from the University of Barcelona. As a teenager, she lived in the United States as her father, who was a history professor, was invited to teach there.

She made her debut in 1997 as part of the 24th open recruitment for announcers at KBS. She became popular as the host of Family Entertainment Center and lasted 4 years as the host, the longest for a female MC in the show. She was also the first female host of "The Golden Bell Challenge" from 1999 until 2001. While working as an announcer, she suddenly decided to continue her studies and moved to Barcelona, Spain, where she lived for a few years.

In 2006, she wrote her essay titled "Spain, You Are Free", detailing her experiences living there and became a best-seller within weeks. A year later, she married a non-celebrity office worker, but he had to move to the United States for work, and the couple divorced in 2008. She quit KBS around the time of her marriage and became a full-time travel writer and part of skyTravel TV (now part of OL!FE).

From 2014 to 2016, she served as the editor of HuffPost Korea and from 2016 to 2018, she served as the principal of Life School Seoul. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as a liaison between Korean media and foreign media, particularly Spanish-speaking media, to showcase the efforts South Korea was making to contain the spread of COVID-19. She had many requests from Spanish-speaking countries like Spain, Mexico or Peru and, as she couldn't travel, she wrote more essays and a psychology book.
