Young J is the leader and founder of, Just Jerk, a dance crew. Founded in 2010, it is based in Seoul, South Korea. Just Jerk is known for their precise synchronization and a wide range of styles. The crew now consists of 13 active members whom perform and choreograph both domestically and internationally.

Just Jerk became prominent by winning a world-famous dance competition and appearing on Season 12 of America's Got Talent. Enjoying an enthusiastic response at home and abroad, this amazing dance group performs a new kind of dance never seen before that combines hip hop and popping with elements of traditional Korean dance.
