In 2010, he entered MBC's singing survival show "Star Audition: The Great Birth - Season 1" and finished as the winner. In 2016, he released the single "Bomb Di Bomb" but the cancer returned and had to spent the next two years in treatment. He returned in late 2019 with several appearances on "Immortal Songs". However, he stopped appearing on TV in early 2020 and, in February 2022, he announced he was going back to China where he is living at the moment.
