Tuo Tsung Hua (庹宗華) is a Taiwanese actor and singer born in Taipei, Taiwan, who began his career as a child actor with his debut in the 1971 film "Mother at Thirty" (母親三十歲).

He studied at the National Kuo Kuang Academy of Arts (國光藝校), where he briefly dated fellow student Lin Hsiu Ling (林秀玲). He later had a long-term relationship with actress Wu Chien Lien (吳倩蓮), to whom he was engaged in 1993. However, they separated in 1999.

Tuo married Chen Si (陳思), a mainland Chinese woman fifteen years his junior, on April 21, 2002. The couple had two daughters before divorcing on March 18, 2015, with Tuo receiving custody while Chen retained visitation rights, and Tuo provided alimony. In 2022, reports emerged that he had remarried, this time to an Indonesian woman, with whom he has a son.

Tuo’s family includes two younger brothers: Tuo Tsung Min (庹宗民), a producer, and Tuo Tsung Kang (庹宗康), a television host.
