This is my 2nd watch, and I'm wondering why I gave this drama an 8-star rating 2 years ago, even completed it. Damn, this is so unwatchable that I skipped most of it. What a waste of time
No hate to the main leads, Yang Yang is one of my favorite actors, but damn, the story sucks too much. Too many unnecessary scenes, and the FL family is just too awful, even the FL got infected.
8/10. With all the bad reviews, I'm not expecting anything, but I don't know why I watched it till the end. I guess I was just curious how it would end. I was disappointed, though, but I enjoyed watching this.
I'm a fan of happy endings, but this one, I didn't know why, but I don't want them to end up together hahaha

It should've been 8 because I give 2 points for the OST in every drama I watched, but I really love the story, and especially Song Zu Er's character Duan Ban Xia.
Duan Ban Xia is the Female Lead I always wanted in every CDrama, straightforward and fighting for her loved one. She really wants to be with him, no matter what.
I don't like any of the OSTs.
Many comments focus on the ending, but I don't think it's terrible. As long as they love each other, that's what's important. What I enjoyed was their story and journey.
100000/10. EPIC, this is EPIC. The Production, Story, Acting, Visual FX, and OST. This will top my favourite Drama of all time.
As a novel reader, they really covered the most important parts from the novel, even though they show it briefly, but those scenes are really part of Han Li's growth and development.
Han Li is maybe the most common, ordinary, and mediocre cultivator of all, but his journey to Immortality is really interesting. That's why I was so intrigued by his story to become an Immortal.
Yang Yang is really a great cast for Han Li. Not just Yang Yang, but everyone's acting is really on point when I am reading the novel.
I really like Mo Cai Huan for Han Li. Every time Mo Cai Huan and Han Li parted ways, it made me sad and cry. You can really see it in their eyes, the sadness of parting with each other.

I'm a sucker for smart and brave ML and FL. What I really love in this drama is the Main Lead couple supporting and complementing each other.
Both of them are DESTINED for something great, and I laugh, get sad, cry, and feel happy for their journey.

The chemistry is really great, do Yang Yang and Dilraba Dilmurat have another drama? If not, I hope they get another drama together.
