I don't care much about KinnPorsche in the novel (ironic right, when the novel is literally written about their story), but I love KinnPorsche in the series till death.
I'm afraid of VegasPete in the novel, so what I'm gonna feel about them in the series?
I really hope so, that type of drama/conflict is too old and too cliché already. It killed "I promised you the moon" whole mood for me, I sincerely don't want it to happen KP, they have been doing it so well until now.
Because everything now is going further away from the novel, I only have one thing to warn BOC:
If you want to stir up drama by letting Kinn sleep with Tawan and cheating on Porsche, even just one time, even before Kinn says "I love you" to Porsche, I'm gonna hunt you down and kick your a**.
Guys, maybe I read too much into it. But the scene Korn talks about rusty knife with apple juice all over it to Kinn gives me an extra thought:
We all know that scene means when it comes to love, Kinn will become too soft and it's not a quality that a mafia leader should hold. He should get rid of it and come back to be a strong and ruthless old self.
But in this metaphor, maybe Korn INTENTIONALLY uses apple to indirectly say Porsche is "good" - because apple is a healthy fruit, right? So even though Porsche is GOOD for Kinn, he still shouldn't be involved in a relationship at all. Because he is gonna destroy both himself (rusty knife) and Porsche (apple juice).
If this is true, it shows even more that Korn is really a toxic and cunning person after all.
Or I just completely overthink about this scene. This is a bigger probability.
Gosh, how am I gonna survive until next Saturday...
I don’t understand Kinn Dad talk about the knife. Does he warn Kinn that he should not be involved in any relationship?…
It can be translated as:
You are strong and smart, son. I'm proud and have high expectation for you. But you pour yourself too much in trivial things (in this case, your love for someone) and become too soft. Get rid of that and come back to your strong-and-smart self soon.
Vegas is so powerful, he has everything a mafia leader requires
Like seriously, if his father does not oppress him that much causing him to be insecure about his capability, I really can image Vegas leading the minor family into a strong independent family someday.
If Vegas is not too obsessed with Kinn's figure (not his fault though, obviously his father's fault), he's gonna be one hell of a mafia leader.
Smart, charming, cruel, ruthless, daring, dominant... this man really has all the qualities to be the boss, especially suitable to his minor family gang.
Kinn needs Kim (I still think Kim is the best "strategist" or "mastermind", but not the leader, he just does not have the figure required) to run the major family to the fullest, but Vegas can stand on his own with no problem at all.
I saw some comments from some people and let me tell you something that is essential:
- If you don't like a series, you can rate it 1, you can review that it's not good, you don't recommend people to watch it, MDL has all that for you to do. Then move on, go with the show you like, be happy there. Life is already hard, why even dragging it to online?
- Of course you can comment "I don't like it because of..." and there are people who agree with you, maybe not all but some points. You can create criticism.
- BUT don't ask such questions as "What so interesting about...?" "Why do you like...?" "Why do you find it interesting...?" with THE TONE OF SARCASM. That's pathetic and disrespectful. What's the point of those questions? To show that you're superior to, you know far better than other people who enjoy the show? You already hate the show and that's your opinion, let it be, no one needs to "convince" or "enlighten" you to help you to like the show. Don't create negativity with those questions.
Don't be a pick-me person.
It's gonna cost you deep, not in here, but in real life.
I feel like this ep is really hard for the team to edit because too many things happens. The pacing is a little off here and there. The editing is also kind of unstable, some scenes are smooth, some scenes are not.
But everything else is top notch. Especially the cinematography.

Let's wait and see.

No, I'm gonna burn down the whole world.

Kinn DID NOT LOOK HAPPIER with Tawan. He was just more innocent, it was his first love. That's all.
People reads too much into it.
Or... I just don't want anyone to hurt Porsche...
PORSCHE IS THE BEST.

That's what I thought.

Hope he realizes it soon.
When they're literally having no problem with murder and kidnapping?
Urgh.
And Porsche without underwear when he knows there's something with Vegas trying his way into his pants...
I swear these two brothers, Porsche and Porchay, they are just... LOL.
I'm at loss for words here.

- The pier.
- The bathroom.
- The old truck.
- The abyss.
- The restroom.
Waiting for more.
And I love that, I'm tired of cutie shy whatever things.
I repeat: APO'S WAIST.
Just watch it, we can never prepare enough for this ep.
