Is Dilraba not first billing from Love Designer and You Are My Glory? There was a certain fandom account that told me that Dilraba fans were not worthy of bragging about the drama because Dilraba was not first billing. What do you think I should say to someone like this? Oh yeah, I also want to ask, if Dilraba is not first billing, then the person who gets the most profit is ML actor?
Her new profile pic is 🔥🔥🔥😍😍.Btw I'm finally watching my first Dilraba costume Drama 🙈🙈🙈.…
Hey friend, you should totally check out "Eternal Love" (2017) and "Eternal Love of Dream" (2020) - they have completely different (and opposite) endings! After that, you might want to watch "The Long Ballad" and "The Blue Whisper", which were directed by the same director as "Eternal Love of Dream" (2020), Zhu Rui Bin (also known as Chu Yui Bun).
By the way, did you know that Vengo Gao is Dilraba's close friend and a huge fan of "The Long Ballad"? Among all the fans, he's incredibly lucky to have been able to contact the lead actress of The Long Ballad directly. It's almost a little enviable. As good friends, they often share their acting experiences with each other. Vengo Gao is sometimes underestimated because of his age.
When "Eternal Love of Dream" (2020) was airing, there were people reporting on every single cast member's farewell posts for the final episode, which became trending news on Weibo in 2020. It's been a while since the drama aired, but what's surprising is that in 2024, someone took it upon themselves to hijack the drama official Weibo account and turn it into a personal one. I have a feeling that this person might be someone who's still harboring resentment towards the enormous success of Eternal Love (2017). Although Eternal Love of Dream (2020) was crowned the best drama on Tencent in 2020, it never quite matched the popularity of its predecessor, likely due to the pandemic and the fake rumour spread by detractors before, during, and after the drama's aired.
I'm still sour with dior for not having baba at fashion week but who cares it's their loss. I'm more into baba…
Xiao Ba jiejie radiates an inspiring presence, making her an admirable figure both on and off screen. Her personality has consistently surpassed my expectations. I've thoroughly enjoyed her various dramas and variety shows, but for now I hope Xiao Ba jiejie takes more drama with serious topic. The recent surge in real-life cases has left me nostalgic for her portrayal of Anni, prompting me to rewatch Prosecution Elite while patiently awaiting Sword and Rose.

Bai Feng Jiu's vibrant and resilient personality shines through as she navigates her journey, growing and evolving without compromising her true self. The same can be said for Dong Hua. Both characters share a playful streak, often teasing those around them. In contrast to Bai Qian and Ye Hua, Bai Feng Jiu and Dong Hua's complexities and nuances make them infinitely more fascinating and multi-dimensional.

It was not sold for another drama but turned into a personal account. Eternal Love of Dream fans are of course very disappointed and angry about this. In fact, among all of Xiao Ba's dramas, Eternal Love of Dream had the most fans on Weibo and now it's all in vain.

By airing a hit drama on larger platforms like Netflix, most fans will likely opt to watch it there, diminishing its potential to promote lesser-known Tencent dramas. Conversely, maintaining exclusivity would incentivize viewers to maintain their Tencent subscriptions annually to access the content.

It's quite difficult for the drama to air on Netflix if it's a Tencent flagship drama. Eternal Love of Dream and You Are My Glory are Tencent's flagship dramas. Meanwhile, The Blue Whisper, the platform itself is late in making subtitles, does the platform care to distribute the drama to Netflix?

Interestingly, other actresses can get away with childish behavior, but Xiao Bai faces harsh criticism. Here's a telling fact: when the cast of Eternal Love of Dream shared farewell posts on their personal accounts, someone reported each and every one. Who's behind such actions? Clearly, only die-hard haters of Eternal Love of Dream would target its cast. In 2024, an individual took control of the drama's official Weibo account, revealing a lingering obsession and hatred for the series that spans years.

Is Eternal Love of Dream (2020) on Netflix? As far as I know, the only one on Netflix is Eternal Love (2017) because Eternal Love of Dream (2020) is an exclusive right of tencent.
what is better eternal love or this? coz I watched 5 years ago now
Looking at the love story of the main characters, it's clear that Dong Hua and Feng Jiu are better. Feng Jiu wasn't afraid to lose her human form and her ability to speak in order to repay her debt. Feng Jiu did everything to repay her debt and wasn't picky about who she repaid, even going so far as to repay a human. There were countless struggles and sacrifices that Feng Jiu made that I couldn't even begin to list. Dong Hua was someone who could give up 90% of his power to go save the person he loved, and even left behind a ring from his heart to protect Feng Jiu when he had become dust. Dong Hua and Feng Jiu deserved each other.
In comparison, Ye Hua and Bai Qian weren't as convincing. Feng Jiu, an ordinary goddess, was able to repay her debt to a human, while Ye Hua, a powerful god and crown prince of heaven, couldn't even protect his own human wife and instead gouged out her eyes. On the other hand, Bai Qian never made any sacrifices for Ye Hua. And Ye Hua's sacrifices for Bai Qian were only to make up for his mistakes to Shu Shu, which was still nothing compared to Dong Hua's sacrifices for Feng Jiu. I never considered Ye Hua's battle against Qing Chang as a sacrifice for Bai Qian because Dong Hua also went to fight against Miao Luo but it wasn't counted as a sacrifice for Feng Jiu.
In every aspect, Dong Hua and Feng Jiu had a better, more equal, and more complete love story. Moreover, while Yang Mi and Mark Chao's chemistry was enticing, Dilraba and Gao Wei Guang's chemistry was sweeter and more touching.
Still hanging on on watching this to ep 10, all is good, story is interesting. Almost everyone act are good, even…
I think XL's acting approach to portraying Fang Yi as a modern-spirited character who is inexperienced in the Jianghu world is a bit overdone. After all, a character from a modern background should be smarter and more cautious in the Jianghu world. Moreover, the way her character is written makes me feel disconnected from her, because I imagine that if I were suddenly trapped in a martial arts world and faced with unexpected dangers, I wouldn't easily fall in love or flirt with someone I barely know. When does Fang Yi ever think clearly for her own sake, and has she ever even thought about how to return to the modern era?
Wtf is wrong with the writing of this ML seriously ? Is he arrogant or a self pitying dude with low self-esteem…
He does have a bad character. If I were Jing Jing, I wouldn't bother loving him anymore because the struggle is not worth it. I'd better find someone else who appreciates me from the start.
I have watched 5 episodes but couldn’t connect with the story. It is bad making and bad story. The lighting…
Was the plot unusual or did any of the characters make decisions that didn't make sense to you that made you feel disconnected from the drama? I ask because I haven't watched it yet.
Dong Hua became someone who liked to be alone not because of his heart's desire, it happened because of fate.…
The first time Xiao Bai knew that Dong Hua could be sad was when Dong Hua told him about Meng Hao's death when he was still a little fox. Perhaps from there, Xiao Bai realized that Dong Hua also appreciated the people who had done him good. From then on, Xiao Bai promised to be by Dijun's side as his best friend. I don't know if Xiao Bai knew before that Dong Hua was longing for affection, but in episode 43 Xiao Bai understood it a little bit in the end; and yes Dong Hua already loved Xiao Bai long before episode 43. Yes, you are right, Xiao Bai was the only person who was sincere to him. The only person who has the will to protect him, even though she knows he doesn't need her protection.
Conclusion: Dong Hua sees Xiao Bai as the only person who wants to protect him (episode 30), Even though Xiao Bai doesn't necessarily know that Dong Hua longs for affection, Xiao Bai is the one who answers Dong Hua's longing for affection; and Dong Hua also knew that Xiao Bai had never once mentioned her sacrifice for Dong Hua, so Dong Hua unknowingly fell into eternal admiration for her. Between Dong Hua and Xiao Bai there will never be an ending because the debt that will never be end is the debt of affection.
Thanks for the discussion, my friend. Nice to meet you.
