I went to douban to see what Cnetizens thinking about this drama...after reading the first comment i can't control my laugh...here is the translated version of the comment.
"The plot and dialogues are all boring, and why keep emphasizing the age of 30? 'You're already 30,' 'You're 29 and still not married.' It's the 24th year of the 21st century! Did the screenwriter die after turning 30? What I mean is, is it necessary to write such a terrible script? Is it necessary to film such a bad drama?" (Rating: 01/05)
Episodes 11 & 12: I seriously think the ML needs to back off a bit now. He's starting to look petty in the middle of SML and FL. I mean, FL isn't even his childhood crush (like in typical cdramas). He's only known her for a month or so, and he clearly knows she's into his close friend. Why he's doing this to himself goes above my head.
The writer is the one who created the FL character and decides how she acts. So, when we blame FL (as a character),…
I see, now I understand why in many dramas, the FL often has multiple exes and sometimes even divorced. but the ML has just one love interest, which is FL. That's quite informative. Thanks for sharing βΊοΈ
Nah I wouldn't blame FL for this one but the writer, its very obvious who the writer target audience is, ML was…
The writer is the one who created the FL character and decides how she acts. So, when we blame FL (as a character), it's basically blaming the writer. Isn't it? I agree ML acts more like SML rather than ML.
To those criticising the series, let me give u a different scenario, what if u have a crush on (bts) V for 3 yrs…
Apparently, 'V' sees you as a sister, so you can like him as a brother . Having romantic feelings for him is the first issue, not telling him about it is the second issue. Also, not clearly explaining why things won't work out to those who want to play 'little cupid' is the third issue.
Of course, FL can reject ML (hoshi in your analogy) as many times as she wants if she doesn't like him, but she should at least be honest with SML and her friend. Why confuse everyone? That's why I called to FL as a Big Red Flag in one of my comments.
I don't know how things will turn out in the upcoming episodes, but up to episode 10, FL is a big RED flag. I hope ML finds someone else (although that's unlikely to happen).
The fact is FL still loves SML more than ML. I hope she comes out of her delulu world and accept the reality. If Jiacheng gives any hint of acceptance of her feelings she won't hesitate for a second to dump ML.
Many thanks to those who encouraged me to watch a few more episodes after I commented I couldn't finish the first episode for the past month. Things really started to get interesting from the second episode onwards. Now, I'm fully hooked, binge-watching all the remaining episodes, and I'm already on the fifth. π
I love how Woo Ri absolutely despises the Na Young. I remember people saying their 'love' story would last for at least 50 episodes. Thankfully that's not the case.
