Entertainment value..
Ml and FL needed a marriage counsellor even before they tied the knot. 32 episodes were far to long for mewhich is a turn off with so many series. The ML would have been through the door for his arrogance...
posturing and authorative behavior where as the FL
stood for his lack of warmth taken over by his icy grip. She was very much the victim and the pairing seemed more like a a Father daughter relationship.. In fact she was more in childish mode and lacked maturity. I did enjoy the series because I'm a big fan of Wallace Chung.
I stuck with it watched it through to the end. My
opinion it was OK.. The acting was first class. The story was average. I would nt watch it again because my stress levels with both leads would nt allow it.

Is the storyline worth watching..
At first as soon as I saw the the noisy irritating actors being loud and acting ridiculously stupid which shows up in a lot of BLs. If a series is full of drama its very off putting. The bl series was watchable and I did enjoy some of the scenes. The 4 male Leads played their parts very well and were very easy on the eye. I find Thai males are extremely good looking. There were a few hiccups like the delay between verbal conversations which gave the idea they had forgot their lines. I think they need to drop the scene where one falls and lands on top of the other nearly kissing and then mortified it actually happened. It's been done that many times itsboring. I enjoy the drunk scenes because I enjoy men kissing. Don't ask me why but I do. I've shocked myself.
It is I think Asian men (Korean.. Chinese.. Thai...) they look after themselves.. Dress stylish and have so many talents to their name. I did enjoy the series. The male leads were charismatic.. They jelled.. and l just love BLS.
I haven't watched anything western for at least 2years.

Story
I have watched better Bls than pitbabe but I found it OK.I did watch it to the end but wasn't left with feelingit was a series I would watch again. The acting was
fine and I had my favourites.One was Pavel who I have seen in other series and Ping. I wasn't keen on the name babe being used for a top racing driver..or Daddy for a child traffiker.I would have preferred pervert.. Some will love the series with all the eye candy actors which are many so all you young lady's sit back and enjoy.

Sorry guys but I've seen more action inCoco melon. Who ever wrote or directed this BL seriously need to go for a career change. I always feel sorry for the young actors especially the two main leads when they are cast in a fooked up series through no fault of their own as this matters when your young and how well you do. The series just limped along with no consistency
whatsoever. I will admit to get to the end I skipped a couple of episodes to make it less
unbearable.. All in all not a good watch..

Great drama.
I dont bother to read comments as everyone to their own. I enjoyed the drama as it wasn't cheesy. No giggly girls in it and it was a dark series which I like. The main cast were excellent portraying their parts.There was enough gore to set it apart from
the ordinary crime storyline.. In fact all in all a great watch... I have only just watched it in 2023 so there was no second series which was a pity. This is what I hate about asian dramas there are no follow up series even if it ends with an open ending. We want finales and endings that satisfys the viewers..

Beautiful series
Absolutely loved this Series as two of my favourite actors and favourite actresses played the lead roles.. Hyun Bin and Park Shin Hye. I found they were both suitedconsidering their romance was bizarre to say the least. Some reviews say Hee Joo cried a lot but is it any wonder to see the man she loved continually getting hurt. It's a woman thing.. 😉.. Hope they do a second series but it's been sometime since this first series maybe not.
Hyun Bin is such a handsome Korean actor and holds his age well and Park Shin Hye is beautiful.

Great watch..
What a ride.. Amazing.. Brilliant.. Fabulous. One of the best BLs I have watched in a long time. It stood out to others and gripped me from start to finish. We lack good BL storylines like this so we need more. The MLs were perfect together from loving each other to a love to hate you pairing. Shulang who gave his heart to Fan Xiao and had it thrown back in his face that started a toxic battle between both MLs. I have never seen either actors in other BLs so they were new to me. I didn't want it to end and kept looking at the time left. 😂. I'm from the UK and I love Asian Bls. In the UK they dont put much emphasis on Boylovedramas but your spoilt for choice with
Chinese.. Korean.. Thailand.. Japan all
doing their bit to put them out there. I'm picky so I look for BLs with a strong storyline and this was an outstanding series.Loved the two Mls..YuQi and Yi ran. Need to see more of them in the future. Thankyou to the directors.. Producers.. Scripwriters and all the actors and everyone else behind the scenes for a first class series.. ❤️ 👌 X

Great series
Ji Sung can do no wrong in my eyes. Everything he touches turns to gold. First class crime actor. I loved him in The Devil Judge and Kill me heal me. My all time favourites and this is just as good. He doesnt look his age.. He still looks early thirtys. Plenty of eye candy..The story was well written so a shout out to the directors scriptwriters and production staff for giving us, the viewers a story worth watching. The cast actors and actresses who went above and beyond and bought the story to life. A great binge watch. Thankyou for this little gem.. ❤️ x

Storyline.
I absolutely love japanese BLs. I haven't watched one yet that was bad. Japanese actors are extremely professional in their acting. They are really good at portraying every emotion verbally.. through facial expressions and body language. I fell in love with these two main actors.. Aoki with his mop of hair and big eyesand Ida the more reserved quiet student. Aoki was the more excitable and paranoid about his feelings for Ida
as he started off trying to get together with Hashimoto a girl but developed feelings for Ida who is a male student and it all started with an eraser. I will watch it again. The storyline was great so a big thanks to the scripwriters.. Directors.. Production staff everyone behind the scenes and all the excellent actors who took part in this little gem of a series..

Superb
I didn't want this series to end it was that good.It was a long series which sometimes puts you off watching it but I decided to have a look and after the first two episodes I was hooked.
Everyone of the cast did an amazing job.The two main actors Zheng ye and Xin yun who were drawn together by murder were first class actors..Lu feng and Luo fei couldn't be more poles apart in personalitys but they had a connection which drew them closer to each other to find out the truth. All in all one of the best crime dramas of 2023.Dont be put off by the 24 episodes. You will miss out.The
only other series which matches up is The Devil Judge.

Acting
The series started as I can only describe with loudwomen arguing over chopping meat. It was cringey.
It takes the whole seriousness off the BL and turns it in to a comedy. I did watch it through and it did have some cute moments.. bare bottoms.. Kissing.. and intimate touching done with feeling. The MLs being a Thai production the visuals of both actors were beautiful. I find Thai men are extremely good looking.. That's just my opinion.. Only got to think of Pond and Phuwin. I enjoyed the series in the end. Don't let my first paragraph in my comment put you off.

Storyline..
Absolutely loved this BL. Fell in love with Thada..His visuals were beyond handsome..He was all masculine. Armin was the cutie. He was a lucky man to have such a gentle admirer who loved him deeply. Armin was a bit of a complex character who had been treated badly in his past life and having been killed off by people he thought was loyal he was reborn and meeting Thada saved his life. A fan from a distance. As for the stepbrother he was a vicious horrible human being who acted like a spoilt toddler stamping his feet and screaming when things didn't go his way and his mother was
a right bit#h..The scene where Armin was shot was a trauma for Thada. The acting was just enough.. Not overdone. I thought Armin was dead.. 😪. Pity we dont have more BLs like this.. Angst and drama is definately my bias and judging by some BL fans I'm not alone. Cheesy sloppy BL series are a turn
off. I hate cheesy.. When both MLs were in bed episode 10 when the director mentioned to rise up my mind turned dirty.. All in All a really great BL.. You know it's good when you can't wait for the next episode.. Thanks to all who gave us this little gem of a series. I hope both MLs are given
another pairing in another BL.. They gelled together nicely plus I want Thada in my life again.

across as cringey or over the top. Two different characters.. Pheem cruel manipulive and Than
so in love with Pheem he would have gone to the ends of the earth for him. Anyone in their sane mind would have walked away. Being manipulative
cruel.. deceitful.. using someone to get what they want didn't bother me at all in this BL. Life isn't always rosy.As for Chet the brother I actually turned the sound down when he appeared because the overreacting and his screaming and ranting really was a turn off.. The series lived up to its name "Wicked Game" The title said it all so I knew it would nt be a walk in the park.. Shame it had so many negative comments because I've watched a lot worse than The Wicked Game. Loved the series.
Everyone gave their all.. Will I watch it again Yes.

Storyline
I really enjoyed this Bl. Your not going to please everyone all of the time. We all have different opinions. The two actors were first class in their acting.No embarrassing silence between the actors. It flowed.I thought the storyline was cute and gentle. The actor who player Zefang was exceptional in his portrayel
of a young man who was having to live with his grandfather's soul inside him. Quite emotional to watch. The other grandson Ye Hai Yuan was his comforter. I've watched some abysmal BLs where the standard has been well below par. I hate bls that mix to much comedy with drama. For me it's one of the other.
Although Promise of Soul has a bit of comedy it
doesnt compromise to much with the drama.I loved the music.. All in all I enjoyed it. The tie around the two MLs wrists was unique. Grandfathers love for both his
grandsons. I thoroughly enjoyed it.. Thankyou to everyone who took part.

A good story
Help.. What did I just watch. Where was the plot.. Did I miss it. It was embarrassing to watch.. The MLs Sangmin is in his thirties but looked a lot younger.. Dinneaw early twentiesI'm not blaming the actors because they have to work to a script but it was a total mash up.
Thai males have one thing going for them they are extremely attractive. So plenty of eye candy just a shame that the series was
ridiculously stupid. The bedroom scene with the tweezers and the foreplay with one explicit scene on the floor in compromising positions was eye opening and going on porn. I have no idea how these young actors perform like that
being watched by all and sundry it must feel odd. What some will do for stardom. I wish all
the young actors all the best on their Journey.
