Well the crew will be offered another role especially if they got 2 weeks off. The actors will be in minus yes but I can’t think that they just decided to cut 2 episodes bc they wanted to. The actors need to agree with this and the agency behind them. They may even be offered to get payed more per episode to zero the losses.

Yes they may look up into the next project or even get to have time to spend with their family like NGM, he just got married very recently. He will have more time as a newly- wed. Also if the actors really want to make up their losses they may appear as a special guest or even have the opportunity to join a variety show. Also I don’t think the money from the 2 ep is any concern to the actors. And the crew will always be offered to work on some other set.
