It was really hillarious scene in novel. Her mom was indeed shocked but she will approve him as son-in-law. Also abt Ling Long, i'm pretty much sure she is still his cousin. There is no romantic vibe everytime they are together. She also wants collaboration with sheng bcs she acknowlege how talented sheng sheng is.

Tbh except the ML & FL i dunno much abt the supporting role. But i think it's indeed their own, at least their talking voice. But i dunno their singing voice. ML's is both his own (talking & sing). FL is only when she talks, the singing parts are dubbing by others.
