i don't think the woman who was forced out was her mom.. I feel like she was her tutor who loved her deeply and wanted to connect with her via sign language. since she used sign language she was forced out, because her dad doesn't want people to tag her as "disabled" . So this new tutor person came in place of the old one..who already had 2 kids ..(if you remember the flash back scene of her entry) .. hence the age thing. i assume this new tutor has married the chairman .. since they had a family potrait and kids call him dad & all .. but I am not very sure.. becase she addresses him as Chairman.. instead of something less formal
I find it really fun to watch..the way they have kept the audience a bit confused on what's happening when or how ... i like the fact that they have not made the story too predictable. Makes me want to wait for the next episodes to unravel the mystery 😅
