This drama started off well for me as I got hooked by the end of ep.1. Later I got to know from the comment sections that it’s a novel adaptation which is good 👍🏿 but I think I will put it on hold at the moment because the only scenes I enjoy is of the FL and her now family, Shiqi and maybe CX and that’s only bcos he is her brother but aside from that I find myself fast forwarding all the other scenes especially that of XL. Also I don’t get why some fans are sympathizing with XL to the point of even praising him he is just a narcissist. He only took out the bug bcos he doesn’t want to lose his puppet and for the benefit it brings period nothing romantic about it. I even preferred it when it was in the FL bcos Atleast it will be a reason for her to unite with her brother once more. Also, Yang Zi portrayed the FL character perfectly and I love her for that although I was expecting a badass FL character but I get her power is limited now that’s why. And for that new character Miss Fangfeng I find the actress and the character the most annoying so far not that she did anything wrong bcos I kinda understand She has her reasons for doing what she is doing which will be revealed in later episodes. Also I feel every character’s actions are justified in this drama as it is war times and it’s either kill or be killed. That is why all the characters are paranoid but Atleast the FL and Shiqi’s are in the right proportion.

I know right? I kept wondering what the writer was thinking bcos that is total bull. I felt the Director should have cut off that part if he was experienced. Like how dump can one be to act the way the FL does? 😂
This drama is one of the best web drama so far in 2023. The quality and acting is just perfect and the ratio of flirting is just the right amount but I only have one problem. I get that the FL is out for revenge but there is no need to make the character very stupid. I understand when she stabbed the ML the first time in episode 12 or 13 I guess am not sure. But stabbing him again in episode 18 just shows that the writer doesn’t know what his doing. How can there be such a stupid misunderstanding twice in a row. That clearly shows that she doesn’t love him at all. Because if does, she will try to find evidence he actually killed her father first. Moreover the day her father died the ML was kinda with her. And why is she always easily manipulated and swayed by emotions. Even his dump brother manipulates her despite the fact that she knows he has been lying to her. Well that’s what the writer wants and it just shows how the writers creativity and imagination went down the hill eventually. But that’s how most Asian dramas are anyway. They start off well and then find ways to kill the show eventually.

Wow 🤩 that’s quite intense. I noticed the romantic vibes btw her and Xiang liu too but I felt they wouldn’t end up together considering the way he was treating her so I kept rooting for her and shu jing since she and the ML are cousins . But thanks for clearing it up for me 😉

Yh you’re right I have seen him in his normal activities and he seem fun and lively. But any way I am still watching it and I like him better with Di Feng. It seems they bring out the best performances in each other 🤣
I was really waiting for this drama because of Cheng Yi but now that it’s out I feel the role doesn’t actually suite him but I endured it till ep. 8 and love the trio working together. The chemistry btw Di and fang dou is amazing. Also, this drama just confirmed to me that some Wuxia can do far better without female leads or love interest. It’s good that the FL doesn’t have much screen time if not the would have been more boring. But the saintess is amazing 🤩, she is beautiful and a great schemer and she fits perfectly for that role, I keep looking forward to her scenes.
Wow chengyi is back. I can’t wait for this drama to be released. I am glad it’s not romance as I don’t have energy for Cheng Yi’s romance at the moment. I watched the trailer on kisskh.co and I am fully hooked.
I am so excited about this show as I loved the chemistry between the Main Leads in the princess agent. it was one of my first Chinese ancient dramas. I hope for more romance and a happy ending in this drama as they left us hanging with the inconclusive end of princess agent. As much as I am anticipating and excited for a comeback for this couple I hope it's going to be a very mature drama with no dragginess as I believe all the die-hard fans of princess agents are all adults by now and would want that. That being said I can't wait for it to air.
Started watching this show for Cheng Xing Xu because I loved him in "fall in love" and I hoped he won’t disappoint me in this ancient drama as I already had high expectation and the synopsis was so thrilling and exciting. I must say Wow this show has caught my full attention as the FL Tan is quite a character and she is actually portraying her role perfectly. She keeps me wanting for more. I also love how they’re moving steady not dragging the scenes and getting to the point. I know more fun drama is coming in the coming episodes. The rewatch value of this show is high for me.

It’s mostly Bromance and the FL and ML romance is annoying. I prefer if they had just stuck with the bromance alone as it makes the superb. But overal for me aside fro them trying to ship the FL with one of The ML the show is exceptional
Can they please eliminate this Miss Sikong’s role. Why are they trying so hard to ship her with Xioa Se 😩. She doesn’t deserve him please and to be honest I don’t get the importance of her role in the entire show. I like the show without any love stories for Xioa Se if possible.

Yes I did because of I skeptical to watch it when I realized the FL is Lee da hee but I was blown away by Kim Nam Gil and Cha Eun Woo’s scenes. But for Lee da hee hee acting was still a disappointment as I expected but I am glad I watched it because she compensated with her scared and screaming scenes. Overall, the show is good 👍🏿 I give them that.
