What sky needs is not Pai or anyone else, and those who got that wrong idea needs to understand that mental health and issue like depression don't get solved with someone's love, ur partner might love u and care for u genuinely but you will never get out if u don't solve the root cause, which in sky's case is past trauma. What sky doesn't have is self-love, He does not love himself, does not love his body and does not care to improve that, he hides his vulnerable self in his facade of being sassy and confident but what he needs is time to heal. Just when he was getting better he got dragged back into the mess. I have no words for how MAME portrays rape victims and people who suffer from mental health. I would have had some hope if Pai was a good guy but he basically blackmailed sky into sex, couldn't say no to his past fling when they cling to him and gave his room key to a dude he barely knows. My trust in a guy like that is absolutely zero.
Reading some comments about Rain being a bad friend or not. Rain is someone who is protected from everything until now, he has a loving family, a loving friend and now a loving boyfriend all of them protect him from any harm. U can say he has only seen the black-and-white part of life and has never experienced the Grey area. He is careless, innocent, and trusts people easily; all of his acquaintances know that. Sky on the other hand lived his later teenage years entirely through the grey area and has never made out yet. He doesn't share what he has been through with anyone making it harder for his loved ones to help him. Rain is the same, he has no clue what is going on with his friend, Rain shares everything happening with him to Sky , the day he met Payu, him chasing Payu and finally becoming his bf so he expects the same from Sky. Sky, on the other hand, has been through so much shit that he is not ready to open up about himself to Rain, He is again protecting Rain, but this will harm him later because nobody knows what he is going through.
Ok that was as terrible as all the reviews said, NuNew and Zee did really well for the crappy ass plot they were given, The story is ridiculous to the point of absurdness, But the chemistry between the main lead deserves some brownie point, Now comes the second couple what the hell was that; their story was a hot mess and the actor who play Khondiao cannot act at all, I gave him a pass on why r u and Y-Destiny considering he is new and young but even after 2 or 3 series he is still so awkward and stiff, time to take some serious acting lesson before taking more role. Anyway other than that this is a good series for passing time. A watch and forget series
This series should remove the BL and Gay tag and rename it as just bromance coz this was the straightest bl I have ever seen. I didn't feel any chemistry whatsoever from both of the leads. How could a series like this get this much hype is beyond me.
An OK series to pass time. Liked the chemistry between 4 main leads but the rest of the cast was a big question mark until the end, felt like the series was trying to bite off more than it can chew. Nothing new or exciting just watch once and forget.
In times when bl is used for money making with problematic storyline which included romanticising rape culture, sexual assault, toxic relationships and doing nothing to represent actual LGBTQ+ we have a series like this, a true gem that is actually showing that its not a bubble and rainbow world we live in and what it is like being a minority and vulnerable in a misogynistic , homophobic and nepotism filled cruel world. The ONLY 10/10 bl series for me.
