I think this can't be compared to story of minglan.. Coz 2ML in SOML urgh... To be compare in here...2ML quite good too.. But this new storyline.. ML just learn from his master(martial art) less then a year..then his dad dead.. His parents late to train him everything.. That why his dad prepared mr xu to teach him.. He character will developed slowly.. But he new episode he quite good planning ..which mean his character upgrade..

For FL.. She learn everything since young.. Tactical and everything.. Even her father dreams her to be the 1st female general since she was young.. Her adopt brother(chen) be marshal because of her parents. Her parents are lagend.. That why mr xu said to a mai.. I know who you are when mr xu find out a mai directly wanna kill chen..
