Dropped at ep 19, but people says that the Emperor will become a “good father” and the 2ML Will be defeat at 39(?)…FL still wants him to die 😂I think it’s going to get better, but I’m not on the mood now.
I liked the drama, but they focused so much in injustice, coward caracters and make the ML suffer that I didn’t…
I know…But still just a mention and he ask her “to stop” because was their wedding night. If u think it was well developed…no problem…It’s your opinion. ML just thought she was cleaver and we start thinking about previous life and end wandering if everything that happened before was a dream.

They didn’t make a good use of the fact she saw what happened (put like she had a dream; just her remmembered or the monk too?); didn’t talked with ML proprely about it. Had two/three scenes that make we think they have a body conection but didn’t explore that…
No need. If the police friend caracter didn’t exist they could expend time in other things (like his past and an investigation). I like the xama caracter (just her should be Sum’s friend)
É um dorama nota 7. Tinha muito potencial, mas foi desperdiçado com uma protagonista pobre coitada, dois casais secundário sem desenvolvimento, pontas soltas e final corrido! Menção honrosa pra raiva que passei ao ver o pai do protagonista dar um tapa na Da Rim e o Ji Hyeok não devolver um soco na cara dele!
If u think a little bit u will see that man like Trump and his friend (Sir Epstein for example) liked this stuffs. If u wanna bring this to the table the most happy one with this represention are men. I criticize maschist socity normalize women being fetishized. If u can’t see the matter it’s not me that will convince you. When i watch a drama where they put a growth women having a relation with a guy that looks like a teenage or a child i come to coment too.
I’m not criticizing the actress or all her style…just the things that make her looks like a minor having a relationship with an older guy. That’s the problem!

It’ s the same problem with adultizing a child! 🙄🫠 It’s not about her being cute!!!!!! She still cute on the second half without looking like a minor and in other dramas Esther did!!! The problem is in how they represented her and all the elements of her character together!
I start with the director and screemwriter. It’s not about been feminine or just choose a style. I sayed it’s not about the clothes alone. You should Watch Law and Order: SVU or study more about this. The metter is deeper then just personal taste or been feminine.
I agree. Women can dress everything she wants. But u can’t see the problem representing FL like that?…Not by the clothes, but using the clothes and all the other stuffs to make her seems like a child or a teenage…Gosh!

After years of relationship if u have a hard life, u can desapear and never give a sign (ok… 🤔) 3. Two times he did that: desapear and don’t have a proper conversation (‘It’s his personality’ - that make others sufer? Including himself?) 4. That’s too inocent If u look to her with all that look and don’t think it’s a 14 yo girl…This culture to make adult women dress up like child or teenage girl and say it’s just ‘cute’ are not right.
1-She decided to stay behing to go after a man that never called her (i can understand the part of the letters so can left this behind); 2-She didn’t care about her father or little blood sister (She only care about her man); 3-The father is a drunk man that seems more like a NPC who is not explored and u can’t define he is a good or a bad person. And he core more about the ML than his blood child; 4- They fetichised her and people say it’s ‘cute’. A 20yo girl with small skirts, babycry voice and bear clips on her head. Even if to contrast with the time lapse, still cringe and problematic; 5- Everybody lies to her and decides what is good for her life; 6- After all that shit, she have to go after him and cry over him to be with her. He stay jealous for the possibility of her being with other guy but keep rejecting her. “He is trying to protesto her” bla bla bla. Seems like trying to protect his own ego. After all this seems like their chemistry are not that interesting anymore. I’m like ‘Ok! Be together already and stop all this drama’

Eu também entendo a questão de elementos fofos e isso ser cultural. Existe também toda a psicologia das cores claras e penteados pra fazer as protagonistas ganharem simpatia e parecerem confiáveis, principalmente em contraste com as vilãs. Mas não se pode negar que é preocupante olhar pra uma protagonista em cenas românticas e parecer que ela tem 13 anos. Eu já tinha lido sobre a questão da passagem do tempo (pra esse cdrama) e isso é usado em outros dramas, mas gosto de lembrar de The First Frost que tem essa passagem e a FL é lindamente desenvolvida…Ou Quando voo em sua direção, que seria mais fofinho, mas vc não fica com aquele amargor na boca com a infantilização da FL.
