Both the sui brothers are just down right psychotic, like I don't care of they have some heavy trauma, they both give me downright psycho, evil and rapist vibes. They both torture people for their own pressure specially the younger one.
Yeh they are hansome and a bit funny but seriously does that make their actions better?? One of them massacre a villages, the other is torturing his own son and Killing of servants and both of them are harassing women.
That head ornament with those 2 feathers 🪶 is soooo ridiculous, it would have been even more ridiculous if it would have been on anyone other than him. But to be honest, he makes them look soo good but let's not forget that they are actually ridiculous 😂😂 Like seriously hahahaha
Yan zheng is so matrilocal husband coded😂, my man made his wife a leather hand gaurds by hand. Can you imagine that? Him spending his time making it for her for her birthday.
1. When does she come to know about his true identity as the marquis?? 2. What's the hidden relationship between them and their family? 3. When does she officially get introduced as his wife and marchioness?
I am soo excited for the plot moving forward, like I can't wait for him to leave and for her to know how real identity, like don't get me wrong I love them and want them together but I love the angst. And even more than that I want her to know who he really is. It would be great to see his they deal with this lie!!
Plus seeing him in his total ruthless and crazy form would be just great, right now his actions are held back due to his identity, then they won't.
PLUS I WANT THOSE VILLAGE AUNTIE'S TO JUST SHUT UP!!! AHHH
You know what I noticed something, in the novels zheng was pretty crazy from the start. But in the show they didn't outright show his ruthlessness or craziness. No, it was sudden and after ep 10. Before that, yes we see he is like insane in martial arts, observant and Cunning (even the martial arts part I feel was kept a bit lowkey with only giving him like 2 fight scenes which resulted in him fainting both time seeing his injuries and the main focus being on the FL) but his ruthlessness was only mentioned in passing and only compared to him being a great warrior and efficient general.
But his craziness actually came into play when SHE, HIS WIFE, was hurt. She wasn't even hurt tbh but gosh he went half mad. The rage in his eyes. No kidding i really thought he would kill the man. Before that I didn't realise just how much he let's her fight her fight and just support her from background. That was the first time he gave that 'TOUCH HER AND DIE' energy
Bruh, she is CRAZY. LIKE CRAZY AS in crazyyy. Like I want to know whatever is wrong with her. I guess there is a reason why sociopaths are called crazy
I didn`t get why Ji Bozai didn`t want Ming Yi to know that a new portrait of her appeared. Can anybody explain?
It want her portrait. It was his master's. And it showed him what could happen in future that's why he didn't want to show ming yi so that she doens't know that he was planning on sacrificing himself
There is a thing, the costume and accessories in the first half of the show were better and more beautiful than the second half. Even the hair style and makeup seem better in first half.
Ji bozai looked sooo handsome in those black and red robes than those mustard and yellow ones. So did ming yi, her earlier red, link and blue robes and dresses looked soooo good. Plus those hair accessories.
Felt like there was a change in the stylist and costume designer.
I just finished the drama and it was a solid 9/10 for me that i will rate 10/10 for the sole reason it hooked me from the start. I finished all the episodes in 3 days and it's been a long time since I did that.
Love the cinematography, color grading and visuals of the drama. Costumes were stunning in the first half of the drama, even later they were good but not that stunning.
THE TENSION AND CHEMISTRY between the main leads was explosive. Like the tension in the early episode paired with the tension of their lies and angst made it such a gripping drama.
And i don't know if people notice it or not but they gave even the most horrible villains a backstory that might even justify their actions. Like several times when I hated a villian and wanted them gone, they showed their backstory and i started to feel bad for them or even think of why they might have done it. It was really appreciable by the way they did this. LOVED IT. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED.
Guys let me tell you something, the ML is a saint!! An actual good person, i swear if it would have been me in his place, going through all that trauma, I would have totally told every one of them to f*ck off and use the neatherbeast to kill them all. He has gone through sooo much but still is ready to sacrifice himself for those people. I could never. My poor bby he is such a tragic figure whose life is full of betrayal, torture, pain, suffering and trauma.
A quick question, I heard this is a more male centric drama than a romance centric one!? Is this right? Plus it would be really grateful if any of the novel readers could tell the basic plot of the series the description is confusing
HOLY SHIT THE TENSION BETWEEN THEM. LIKE FROM EP 1 THE TENSION.
Did I say that clearly THE TENSION!!! Is insane. I literally binged watched 15 ep since the evening and it's almost 4 in the morning and i can't stop. This is insane. The chemistry is fire. I had been on a break since shadow love and when destiny brings the demon finished airing but this got me hooked. I can't with them. I am obsessed. And tbh the main thing that makes both character so likable is that they are both obsessed with each other even without realising. I can't wait to watch more
The worst part is, if he would have told her about his son, she would have accepted him from the start. Without question and a full heart. But he didn't, he decided to play. And let's say, fine he didn't tell her and his the secrets because he knew she also was hiding things. But once she came to know if he would have talked to her nicely and told her he loved her she would HAVE been okay with it. She would have accepted.
But he broke her by saying he would never love a person like her. That was her last straw. She could accept anything but she won't compromise on love ever again. A worst part is she loved him. And maybe deep down maybe he did too. But he is too late now. And his words and actions fucked up everything.
Like so what if he might have been traumatized in his childhood, he is doing the same if not worst to his own kid.
They both torture people for their own pressure specially the younger one.
Yeh they are hansome and a bit funny but seriously does that make their actions better?? One of them massacre a villages, the other is torturing his own son and Killing of servants and both of them are harassing women.
Like I have zero sympathies for these two
But to be honest, he makes them look soo good but let's not forget that they are actually ridiculous 😂😂
Like seriously hahahaha
My heart!!
You go girl!!!
And I just love how she doens't stop at one slap, she literally slaps them whenever they open their mouth to say some shit. Hahah.v

He actually deserves so much better.
