Omg why do i agree with all these point you said.
Specially the CDL and DW part. I feel they should have been different. Half the drama was due to them.

CGI was epic for me. I wont change it.

Yes some of the costumes had to much going on, mostly of CANGJIU MIN. Mingye and devil god costumes were epic.
EPIC.

I feel youku should still promote it. It need to reach people more.

And i bet if it was a iqiyi or tencent drama it would be 50 times more popular.

Alas TTEOTM was epic. Its not perfect but still i won't change things now.
